Wonderful food and service
The beer was cold and Kayla did a fine job. The men's bathroom is one of the worse I've ever been in. The smell is and has been horrible for weeks.
Jessica is an amazing server! We love getting to see her. Her excellent service keeps us coming back.

The past few times my family has eaten at ECW, the wings barely have any sauce. This didn't use to be an issue.
The service is inconsistent. It’s been better lately but was very slow a couple months ago.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The waitress was friendly and kept my drink filled.

The Food was good accept the chips wasn't crispy and all of my order didn't come ad to call back but other than that it was good.
We sat at the bar. The person was very friendly as she took our order. I ordered a shrimp appetizer and wings and salad for the main meal. The order took longer than usual to come out and the place was not crowded. When the server came out, she had the appetizer and meal all together. I asked her why the appetizer came with the meal and she replied "I put it in correctly, but they sent it out all together". My wife then replied, so the wings will now be cold by the time we eat them.
The server's attitude quickly changed. She never came back to check on us. Mind you, we are the ONLY people sitting at the bar. I had to flag her down to get napkins. We wanted another alcoholic drink, but again, she never came back. Another server actually gave us the final check. I left a 5% tip which is highly abnormal for us. We generally leave a minimum 20% for good service. This was far from good and we will won't be back. The only time we get consistent great service is when we visit thr Burlington, NC restaurant. Shelly and her team are amazing!!!
Food is always delicious
It was a Monday and your wing special was the reason I decided to go in for the first time over a year ago. I ate in your restaurant and had wings and fries and a flavored beer. The wings were delicious and cooked to perfection. The beer was ice cold and also very good. My wife and I like wings a lot. I knew I had to bring my wife the next time. I took her shortly after and we ate in your restaurant. My wife agreed with me that your wings are the best and the amount of sauces you have for them is insane. We now go frequently for the wings and the homemade chips. Me and my wife have shared other things there that were really good but there are always wings in our shared order. I also found the staff to be very friendly. I have 0 complaints. Best wings ever!
Bartender and game
We were not given our tater tots and and order of fries. Also was given the wrong side for one of our orders.We called back to complain and was told a manager would call us back but never did. The food was great but my kids were upset they didn't get what they ordered.

This time around boneless wings were very hard but waitress switched out for my grandson. Thank you for that! Third time we've taken kids on Wed kids meal 1.99 and been charged full price. Previously we didn't notice until we got home. Caught it in store this time and was corrected. Santa was there which was a plus. Our burgers were incredible. The 7 was for this time around
