Customer service was great. When we tried to dine at East Coast about a month ago on a Tuesday night customer service was awful(0)). So we tried it again on Wednesday; service was excellent.
Always enjoy our visit, the food is good, lunch time specials are great and the wait staff is friendly.
We ordered bone-in wings with volcanic sauce (on side). Yes, we received NO volcanic sauce.

We started with a waitress, Faith. She was very friendly and a very good waitress. We enjoyed her very much. Even though her shift was ending, she didn’t leave and continued to help us before she left.

I order take home a bunch. It's convenient and the orders ready on time. Wings are delicious and I change sauces often. My family is always on the go, even after work, and the wings are a great treat. We've had every burger, and wrap but we love the wings!

Best Wings in NC, since I moved to US there was only one spot in Atlanta GA I used to love getting my wings then had to moves in NC for work and was so disappointed of all the restaurants down here until a coworker recommended to try ECW and wasn’t disappointed at all, they got the best savory, crunchy and juicy wings I ever had, didn’t even know it was possible to get 3 in 1. Trust me don’t usually give reviews on anything but they deserve it. Try either the mango something or Jamaican citrus cinnamon flavors.
