We were seated quickly, our order taken and we received our food with very little wait. We had burgers which were very good, just messy. Finger licking good.
Staff is very friendly and a great atmosphere however the time that you have to wait leaves a lot to be desired

We love East coast wings. First time ordering take out and they nailed it. On time, with correct sauces and everything was fresh. Great meal!

More sauce on the wings. Sometimes the sauce is not thick enough to stick to the wings so they look like they have no sauce.
Need to get the alcohol permits back. Aside from that, it’s great.

Do not over cook wings. They were hard and chewy on this past visit.
Server was not attentive after she took our order, we never saw her even helping other tables during this time either. She also did not verify my heat option and left it virgin instead of asking, I was duplicating my son's order but she did not duplicate it, so it came out wrong. Since we did not see her after our order came it was not enough time to send it back to get it corrected. Disappointing, to say the least.
I've enjoyed the great food and the great service from my last visit (at the Waxhaw, NC location) back on Sunday, July 6, 2025. They treated me with both courtesy and respect. I really liked that. ECW+G is still one of my favorite places to eat. That's why I like coming there. Please keep up the good work.

Great bartender/waiter. Wings were excellent!! Great atmosphere! You need a sign saying you are open because it looks closed from the outside! You need new tables!!

You're charging WAY too much for tea and soft drinks.
The Buffalo chicken strips and French fries are very good. The location and parking is convenient and the pricing is reasonable. Also, the staff is attentive and efficient.
Good food and service:
It's great food without being too expensive (though the drinks are a tad pricey). Everyone there has always been extremely nice, Jimmy especially is our favorite server. It's become our go-to sit-down restaurant choice in Waxhaw.
