The house made chips were floppy, not crisp like a chip should be. My server brought replacements 2 times and they still weren’t crispy.

Food was terrible this time again. Chips taste old(maybe grease is old) wings were not at all saucy had to send back(all every time for extra sauce and they always dry). Will not be coming at the country club store has continuously disappoint with service. I know it doesn't affect with 1 person not coming but I will inform my friends and family.
It’s been a while since I last visited East Coast because of a pretty bad experience. But I can say without a doubt this visit was excellent. The food was good and hot, the service was outstanding and I will be back soon.
My most recent order was innacurate (plain tenders that were dry instead of the medium sauced ones I always get). I also wish my local store gave 2+ fuller cups of sauce per box/meal rather than just 1, and that they would separate the food more. Usually, when I get the sauced wings or tenders they include the side (fries/celery/chips/etc.) in the same box and it gets covered in sauce, and even if they don't, they get soggier from the heat/moisture. Other than that, the food is good, the employees are always friendly and usually pretty quick, the orders are done when they say they'll be, and the prices are pretty fair, so I appreciate all that.
The food and the service were excellent. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly.
