Customer service seems to be declining as well as the quality of the food
Ordered yalls wing special well when I picked up the food they didn’t give me my chips had to go back and get them they didn’t give me my sweet sauce for my fry’s nor did they give me my side of Mayo nor put it on my burger. I have never had an experience like this before and it was horrible this time.

Wings were cooked extra crispy so not many were eaten during our party. I ordered sauce on the side and for 25 wings only two small containers of sauce were provided
The wings were perfect as usual. The chips were burnt and not appetizing.

Always love our experiences at ECW. Definitely one of our favorites in town. Wide variety on menu. Food is always excellent and service is never an issue. Top Notch management and staff. Always highly recommend!!
