The parmesan wings had no flavor neither the dry rub or the wet

quick and easy pick up, i ordered online and my food was ready upon arrival (before the estimated time). always a polite older woman at the counter!

The marinara served with mozzarella sticks was tomato paste. Don't do that to people, its nasty.
The chicken in the buffalo wrap was reheated or something that caused it to be very dry and chewy, similar to jerky. The chicken in the macaroni dish was mostly crusty edges.
I remember when East Coast Wings food was delicious. Unfortunately, quality no longer matters.
The waitress was so polite and checked on us frequently.

The waitress was friendly and kept a check on the table. She made sure our dining experience was good. She kept our drinks refilled and asked if we needed anything else (ranch, beer cheese).

You did ok! Was ready 10 minutes after time told on phone, which is very good time. Wings and fries were very good and correct heat/flavor. Keep doing what your doing!!!👍

Servers often have difficultly delivering food orders together (the whole order at one time). I have gotten wings and had sides show up as much as ten minutes or more later and vice vera.
