ECW went out of business more than 6 months ago there is another business in the building
Wings are always good from here. Management/Ownership typically very friendly.

Last time I ate their food, I ordered the chicken Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese tasted old and wasn’t cheesy, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken was hard and cold. The food was absolutely disgusting.

Last visit, we waited over 45 mins for our food before having to leave due to 2 young children becoming restless and hungry. The visit before our wings were overcooked and tough.
My husband and I wanted a date night. We came on an early Saturday evening (about 5:30).
We were told you were short- handed and the wait would be approximately 20 minutes.
We gave our name and moved to the side.
Within the next 15 minutes at least 18 people came in..... we were still waiting. The couple that came in at the tail - end of the 18 people were seated within 2 minutes!
At that point, we had been waiting 25 minutes! My husband went to the desk and asked why we weren't the first customers seated since we had been waiting for almost 30 minutes.
We were told that our name wasn't on the list!!
We demanded to see the manager and we pointed out the young lady that took our name and she said we never gave our name!!!
We have always loved East Coast, but we will never come back!!!! We were treated HORRIBLY by the RUDE lying girl at the desk and just as badly by the manager!!!!
We left and went to Kickback Jack's and were treated as VIP guests!!!
We will go there instead of your establishment!
No wonder they are short- handed, no one with respect for customers wants to be associated with ignorant employees!

Customer Assistance/Service greeting is pleasant. They have an ample amount of food selections & the sweet tea is good. Good community support & good gathering spot for watching all sporting events.

Takeout order was ready when we got there, it tasted really good.
Our server was fantastic! Personality galore. Food was awesome as always. We will be stopping there on our next trip north.
Pick up is quick and easy and my favorite food is the shrimp tacos. Is my go to every time.

Food was great. my chips cooked just right. Service was good and food served fast. We really like this restaurant. Never had bad food.
Food is always fresh and hot. Lots of variety.
The food is good, but every time we pick up a to-go order it's not correct. Several times the flavors that are in the boxes do not match what they are labelled as. For example, last night I ordered virgin teriyaki garlic, but ended up with some spicy barbecue variety. We are also always missing our carrots/celery and sauces, which is frustrating. Especially when you pay extra for the sauces.
We haven't ordered from this location in a few months because our frustration with the mix ups on our orders isn't worth what we're paying. Occasionally is one thing, but this is every time.
I would also recommend looking at your timing for extra crispy wings. Several times we've arrived before our takeout order was ready, immediately driven them home (about 7 minutes from this location), and the wings are still chewy and unappetizing. I've noticed that this happens more frequently during busy times than it does on slower nights. Its just been a disappointing experience to have when we were so, so excited for this location to open.
My order was completely wrong and items missing. When I called they said "We put everything in sack".
Better front , we had to wait to long just to get seated
Food was good and hot , waitresses was very kind and checked in on us often .
I just wanted simple buffalo wings of any kind and there wasnt any on the menu.
