After always buying the same kind of wings, tried a different one Cajun Ranch. They were so so good! I used the $10 off East Coast Birthday coupon! How nice! I look forward to that every year and love their wings! Though I did see quite a few new things I want to try!

Customer service is bad. The guy brought my Togo food up and placed in on the counter. I had to walk over to the bag to make sure it was mine because he didn’t say whether is was or not. The least he could have done was addressed me and said my order was ready. The food lacked flavor. Fries soggy. I won’t go again.
The food is always packaged nicely and taste great.
We walked right in and sat at the bar since it was empty, got served right away. Excellent food and service as always!

We really enjoyed our visit to East Coast Wings in Manassas. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the huge variety of wing flavors. One of the best features is being able to choose a flavor and then customize the level of heat separately. That gives you a lot more flexibility than most wing places, especially when everyone at the table has a different tolerance for spice. This has definitely become our new favorite wing spot.
There were just a couple of things that could make the experience even better. The table had a wooden Jenga-style game available, which was a fun idea in theory, but it seemed a little odd for a restaurant specializing in saucy wings. If you play while eating, sauce is inevitably going to get on the wooden pieces, and if you play before eating, you're handling pieces that have been used by other customers right before touching your food.
We also noticed that there weren't any wet wipes/wet naps or an easily accessible supply of extra napkins or paper towels at the table. For a restaurant where messy, saucy wings are the main attraction, having wet wipes and plenty of extra napkins available would be a really nice touch.
Those are relatively minor issues, though. The wings themselves were excellent, the flavor and heat options were fantastic, and we'll absolutely be coming back.
I understand this location is under new management/owner so I’m hoping to see improvements but I’ve been coming to this location for ~4 years and the food is always delicious but the service is always 1/10. Although the guy at the front desk was very nice, there was 5+ people standing at the door waiting for carry out orders, my order took 47 minutes to be ready, tables were yelling at their servers because their food was taking long. I don’t know what the issue is but I’m hoping to see an improvement.

Waiter wasn't very attentive to us. Ran out of drink and when he finally came to the table, he said "oh, you need more tea"? Quality of food was not worth the price. My husband had a chicken sandwich snd the chicken was dry.
Our waitress was awesome. She was very patient with us as we tried to decide on wing flavors. She was very knowledgeable. The wings and chips were awesome!
Service and food was can’t!
The wings had no flavor whatsoever. It must've been a bad batch. It tasted like grease. The steak sandwiches had little meat on them. Also the order was ready less than five minutes after ordering so it's not possible that the food was fresh.

Our office ordered 8 different meals. Every time we order the food is always hot, fresh and great. 5 salads were ordered and no one got sick from the lettuce. They wings were crispy and yet tender and juicy on the inside. My mozzarella sticks were not heavily breaded. The fiesta corn is the best in Charlotte. Every time we order we get 4 orders of corn. The customer service is always on point. They even give discounts if you haven't ordered in a while. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great fresh food.
