The staff did not disappoint but your new policy of overcharging for flats only will cost you my business. That's how you got my business to begin with because my go to wing place adapted that kind of policy. While I understand that each place needs to make money....doing an up charge for every ten wings...that's a little much but I wish you the best and hope it works out for you.

Waitress knew what she was doing.
Last visit was great as it was in house. My prior order, through Uber Eats via InstaCart,on Aug 22, 2025, not so good.
What we ordered was 2 Kids Boneless Wing meals: 1. Cajun Ranch, mild, celery with ranch and a soda; and 2. Mild, no flavor, chips, and a soda.
What we got was: 1: Some kind of barbeque and fries; and 2. Wings with essentially no sauce, and undercooked chips.
We had no choice but to eat what we got, as we were starving and didn't want to wait for another order. And, unfortunately, I waited too late to notify Instacart. But, I did want the store, and manager, to be aware since take out orders don't seem to be the strong suit. The order should have been quality checked since it was a delivery and the customer is at the mercy of whatever they get. I don't have an order number, but we paid $27.74, and that was with a discount. So, was that really worth it?

The staff is always polite and I come in so often, they remember me. My food is always ready on-time and delicious. I really like this little place.
Fresh hotness on the food
The food is always fresh and delicious. I love the salads and they never disappoint!
The buffalo chicken wrap (w/ crispy chicken instead of grilled) had dry and greasy chicken. There was also no buffalo flavor in the few bites I did take. It was completely disgusting and waste of my money. A EWC gift card for the cost of the meal or something of that nature so I can decide if I want it remade at this location or one of the others.
Good service and great food
The food is excellent. The atmosphere is fun. Deana is a great waitress that I always request. I've taken several people to eat here and they all have been happy to discover it. Sometimes there are delays from the kitchen but I never mind it. It is one of my favorite restaurants along with two others that I frequent.

We love that you brought back half price bone in wings! Remember National Wing Day? We ordered 50 with the idea of freezing some. Guess what? three days later they were gone! Excellent flavor!
What every we order the food has been excellent,and the employees are all ways pleasant, We have never had a bad meal.
