I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich plain like I always do. Came out and had cheese on it, mentioned it to waitress and she acted like she could care less. I chose to attempt to eat it anyways. I couldent eat it, waitress took my plate with uneaten food and didn’t say a word. I did go there twice a week and I will not go back.

We ordered from the Waxhaw store on Monday. I had to go back because they left out two items from my order. Then when I got my items, I noticed the proportion size was horrible. No one ever offered to make it right or compensate for my troubles.
It was easy, quick and the food was very good.
The service was good for pickup but the order of 15 wings consisted of only drums and no flappers which was disappointing because I like one type and my husband likes the other. . It should be a mix unless special ordered. On a minor note I asked for just celery and received a mix of celery and carrots.
This is my favorite place to eat! The wings are great, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! We eat at ECW Clemmons every week!
Staff, service and quality of food
My salad was plentiful and made with fresh ingredients. The lettuce was crispy & not soggy or wilted. The ingredients of the salad were chilled making it even more delicious. All the vegetables seemed freshly cut & crisp. Salad dressing was thick & flavorful. You could tell whoever made it cared about the customer and their dining experience. Plate presentation was 10/10.
So many times I have been disappointed at other restaurants with room temperature greens that you gave to literally pick through to eat & a sloppy looking salad. Never at East Coast Wings and that is what keeps me coming back!
All of the food was great and the online ordering process is easy.
BETTER or any BEER selection. If you like Budweiser or a IPA you have it covered BUT if you actually like BEER you guys have nothing. Get some sours or Stouts or porters. SOMETHING worth drinking with my wings please
You sent me a survey for a Salisbury location and I’ve never been. I didn’t even know you had one there!
Restaurant was cleaning draft lines at lunchtime. Host was not able to take my payment while our server was busy with other tables. Wait time to pay was ridiculous!

We were there when it opened on Sunday. The waitress was ready and was attentive, pleasant and helpful throughout. There were four of us and all enjoyed our meals. I love the menu and look forward to enjoying more meals in the future.
My food was wrong, I let the cashier know and she said it looks like it’s right to me. Didn’t offer to take it back to get remade. Didn’t ask if I wanted to talk to management. I just took the food and left. That was my 1st and last visit. I normally go to the Country Club East Coast, even though I live 2 mins from the Peterscreek one. The customer service was not what I expected. I’m a weekly customer on Country Club Rd.
