I always recommended rhe soup and salad, but you no longer serve the soup which was very good. Please bring it back.
I love East Coast and always enjoy the food and atmosphere.
The experience at start coast is always great! The food is always delicious and ready at the emailed time! You are always greeted upon arrival and the food is always ready and double checked by the staff! The flavor of the Cajun garlic shrimp is always delicious!

My son chose you for his 24th bday dinner. I ordered (2) 25 wings and chips special with fried pickles app. for delivery to eat at home. Both cheeses for the chips were missing. 1 tiny pack of carrots and celery with 1 ranch. BTW the carrots were sliced huge like someone didn't want to cut that day. On top of all that we were missing 7 wings total. I as the mom decided not to eat so there was enough for our family of 5 to have dinner.I called got hung up on 3 times and never was able to speak with a manager! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I believe that, due to the holidays, our order was cooked in a large batch rather than with the usual care for the specifics of the order.
The food was delicious! The reason I gave it a 9 was because it took so long to get the food!

The chips seemed like they had been cooled realized in the day. In the past i have received hot chips out of the fryer. These were not as good and after buying a bottomless basket - no refills were needed as they weren’t as good as i have had before at a different ECW.

The food at this location is always great. We've going there for years. The sauce we prefer (i.e. teri-ginger-garlic) tastes exactly the same every time we order it and that's why we love it. The service is good, the beer is cold, the prices are reasonable and we never leave there hungry. We also love the added bonuses like earning points, birthday incentives and weekly specials. Love the music too! Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back!
