We enjoy coming up to east coast and spending time with friends to relax and be stress free from the daily headaches.
Service is good most of the time we see Samantha and I always call her Jay (nice new haircut) are great bartenders, and of course when Doug pops in for shift is always cool.
One thing I'm sure most of the regulars who build up reward points miss when we were to get free items on our rewards even though they were only out there for short while, bringing that back would be excellent.
Thanks for allowing us to spend time.

Shane and his staff care about the customer. From the quality of food, timeliness and accuracy of order, start to finish as perfect as can be!
We go there every week. Food is always good but the servers there have no personality and they forget to bring you things you ask for. It isn't because the restaurant is overly busy. There are several servers there with each of them getting 2 tables each at one time. So I am not sure why they cannot keep up with their tables. When we started going there, service was great, manager came to our table to see how everything was. Now we don't even see the manager. Maybe I am over critical because I was a server/bartender for 11 years and know what to expect. I totally understand if the place is busy and service is spread thin but when it is not you expect more.

We lived just south of WS for many many years and went the ECW on Peters Creek at least 2 times monthly. Moved to southwest VA 6 years ago. Therefore we aren't able to visit as much as we would like. We were in WS for an appointment and decided to enjoy our favorite Wing restaurant. Allie was our waitress (we've known her for years) and as always she did a great job. Since it had been quite some time since we were there, cars point card appeared to be invalid. She was able to update so that she could recover my points. The service, food and atmosphere has never disappointed us. We look forward to the next time we can be in town.

After getting use to the new APP. I love that my order is ready by the time I arrive. I love that there are so many flavors to add to my wings. I've also started ordering burgers to go. ( though I do like when I recieve up to 3 wings less than I ordered). It would be rude to stand there and count in front. But..... I will still continue to visit.
