Wings are usually good . But whenever I get a burger online it’s always messed up like I’m allergic to mayonnaise. I uncheck it and they still put it on . I have tried to order burgers twice both times they were wrong . It’s like no one pays attention to special directions

Always a great experience at Mocksville. We live in East Bend, and will gladly travel 35 minutes to East Coast in Mocksville!

Absolute BEST burger in town!!
I don’t order here often primarily due to location and inconsistent experiences, but I game it another shot due to a bday offer. I waited for my to-go order placed an hour ahead (totally fine!) and the guy who brought it out was upbeat and thanked me for waiting. That said, I got home within 10 minutes of leaving and my wings did not have their sauce, and they were cold (more than they should have been if freshly made). Maybe it for forgotten somewhere or it was chaotic in the kitchen… but thought I would pass along. I still had them as they were delicious once I got some sauce on them. I hope to be able to come sit-in one day and see if perhaps it’s just the to-go end of things lacking.
Food is great, my order was 12 minutes late from my scheduled pickup time from an online order. Also you need to remove the tip line on the online pre order. It’s absurd to ask for a tip before the food is made . I tipped in cash at time of pickup

The food is always good and the wait staff is nice every time my family and I go to eat there. The food also comes out quickly.

You can never get the entire meal right. It's either not how I ordered it, the service takes forever, or some other issue more than half the time. This time it was you were out of volcano heat for the wings. It ALWAYS something.
