What could we do to improve?

the cookie skillet was horrible, definately do better with that, was not worth $5, it was soggy and all wet at the bottom, I didnt even eat it, waste of money for me

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

No one was at the front so I sat down and waited, a young man with the skateboard hair came from the back and ignored a customer in front of me and myself. I had to assert myself and he still was demonstrating an “ I don't care” attitude. Leaving my food to lessen in freshness. I will not be back and will find elsewhere to eat.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The boneless wings were tiny, mainly bread and tasted like they were cooked earlier instead of made to order. They were dry and cold.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I swear. I think you all are afraid to add seasoning and sauce. I couldn’t taste the kamikaze nor could I see much seasoning on the raging ranch. I take a break from getting wings from here and it’s still the same- barely any flavor. I know you all market your sauces and want customers to buy them, but at least have some sauce on the wings. Those two are my favorite flavors and they lack every time I get them. :(
