Customer service from Dakota is always great! I come every Thursday and the wings are excellent!! The corn is the absolute best! I love it. I only come on Thursday’s for 99 cent wings cause your wings are a bit pricey!!
Stop using seed oils or give a choice of butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, and/or olive oil. I would pay extra to not be poisoned by seed oils.
Too much to out in words but the attitude from the management and a particular employee on the day I recently went was terrible they super hurt my feelings just terrible
The Philly cheesesteak was great!
When we walked in to be seated, the host at the front door just looked at us and said What do you need? I said we need to eat.
Next when we decided to order, several items were unavailable. The Pico de Gallo had no tomatoes & was loaded with cucumbers, onions & jalapeños- definitely not what we were accustomed to getting at ECW & definitely was not what I consider to be Pico DE Gallo. Service was lousy.

Even after change of management, there is little improval. Love the food, its great! but service and carryout order accuracy lacks. My family and I have gone there for almost 2 years at different times, and most of the time our expectations are low with service and accuracy.

The service was fast, friendly and extremely helpful! Now a days if you are going to spend the money on going out - this is the kind of place, atmosphere and service you would like for that hard earned money! Plus the food is great - had grill chicken tenders and a side salad. The salad was crispy fresh and the tenders - well they were just that - tender and juicy! Yum!
