I always eat the same thing every time I order, Southwestern Chicken wrap, but it has been very dry the last few times I have ordered. This was the first time my birthday rewards expired. When food becomes less appealing each time, you are app to steering away with thoughts of how it tasted the time before.
2nd- When you enter pick up area, there needs to be a bell or a way to let them know someone is out front to pick up food. At times I have waited over 10 mins, walked around to other side to make contact with someone.

We ordered yesterday to pick up. We ordered 10 wings and got 9. We ordered 2 sides of onion rings and asked that they not be burned. We got 1 order and half of them were burned.
We like what you sell if only your kitchen force could get the order correct.

The salad, that I order just about EVERY night, seems to be getting smaller and smaller. I have resulted having to add my own salad mix to the salad to have it make a meal.
Not sure if it is because it is take out, but the box is never more than 1/2 full.
