Food was great and service superb
The wings were very dry and had little sauce on them. They were extremely below quality from what we typically expect/recieve.
This restaurant passes blame on incorrect orders. You can fix it by…. Fixing the order without a bunch of excuses and malarkey.

Service and the wings!
Salad was fresh and amazing as always. Unfortunately, I don’t think we received the correct wing order. The number was right upon checking the box. Noticed there was hardly any sauce but sometimes that is hard to see. Once we started eating though, it was clear that the wings we had were not medium heat or Teri-ginger-garlic at all. They were very mild and definitely not Teri-ginger-garlic. Kind of disappointing. Our last several meals have been 100% spot on, so this was clearly an anomaly.
Food is consistently good and servers are always friendly and helpful.
We love the boneless wings with ranch dressing and a side of fries with beer cheese sauce.
No kamikaze sauce on tenders

I went in for my free bday wings and ended up after being told ok it’s not in the card but we will honor it if u show driver license. I did and still had to pay.

I placed a togo pickup order. This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered cheese and bacon on my fries and did not receive it. I advised the host and they stated the cheese and bacon was in my brown bag. I opened the bag to show them I did not have cheese or bacon but only ranch sauce. They said they'd get it. Another party walked in so they began helping them to be seated. Then another party walked in while they were seating the previous party. Once back to the host stand they helped them be seated. Meanwhile two other people came there to pick up their togo orders. Both of them had issues with missing items they had to explain to the host as well. I waited there in line for 10 minutes before receiving a cup of bacon bits and cheese. This is frustrating because it's a continuous issue and that I felt my issue wasn't being addressed in a timely manner. I also looked at the kitchens ticket stapled below my customer ticket on the bag. I figured it may be an odd format that makes it hard to read the modifications to my side of fries. It was very easy to read so I don't understand why these accuracy issues keep occuring. I also pay close to 10 dollars for an appetizer of fried pickles and got a very small portion. This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I will no longer do business with this establishment.
Food was good. My only complaint is missing items: side to the kid's meal & carrots with the wings. I know that I should check my order before leaving the restaurant, but it's kinda awkward going through your order while standing at the bar.
Fresh food, good presentation
I had a to-go order. The food was good and the service was good. However, when I took the food out of the bag, there was a dead roach squished between my two plates. We had not eaten from ECW in several years because we had been told there was a bug problem. We decided to give it a try again a few weeks ago and were glad to see a sanitation grade of 94. But, after having a roach in the bag with our food yesterday, we probably won’t be back again.
