Your menu selection is great although I miss the chicken salad wrap. Every waiter is so thoughtful and amazing. Love the atmosphere.
Fast great customer service
Service is very inconsistent and so is the quality/temp of the food. Waitresses stand around talking at the front when tables are in need of items. The inside is not so big that 2/3 quality servers should not be able to attend to everyone's needs. This is a direct reflection of the lack of leadership and management. If they would spend time on the floor, they would be able to coach, teach, and train employees, letting them know where they need to improve and also letting them know the items that they are doing well on. When leadership is absent, these are the kind of things you see at a place.

Food was definitely on point
I ordered 100 wings in combos of hot and med lemon pepper with extra seasoning. The wings were much more dryer than normal almost like a straight dry rub with just a small amount of hot/med at the bottom. Normally the wetness of the wings isn't a problem which is why I just asked for more seasoning. I really hate to complain but when I spend more than $100 on food, I really expected to enjoy it. I'm not sure what can be done. I don't know when I will order again if I even do.
Overall, I really enjoy East Coast Wings for dinner. I think the only thing you could improve upon is the amount of food you provide could be more. You get a lot of fries, but the main entree is small.
I enjoy the service as well as the food. There are 2 waitresses there that are unmatched. I am treated like family and get the best service ever. Pam and Brittney you are angels and I will forever be a fan. See you for lunch next time. Thank you eastcoast for the food and the wonderful service. ♥️
