Good food
I’ve paid for extra sauce the last few times I gotten my Togo order. I get home and it’s not extra sauce at all.
The boneless chicken has been hard and overcooked the last three times I ordered. The bone in wings are always good, but I was bummed the boneless chicken quality has gone down.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much my girlfriend and I enjoy coming to your restaurant. We make it a point to eat there at least once a week, and it has become one of our favorite places to spend time together.
What really stands out to us is the atmosphere. It has a relaxed, comfortable feel, and the staff are always friendly and easygoing. You never feel rushed, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and to take care of the customers.
It’s that combination of good food, a great atmosphere, and a staff that makes you feel welcome that keeps bringing us back. In a world where customer service can sometimes be overlooked, we appreciate the effort your team puts into making the experience enjoyable.

Good food and a very friendly staff.
Service was very slow. The food was hot and delicious but we were missing 2 wings in our order. Keep up the good work. Maybe someone was just having a bad day.

I love that y’all let me order a kids cheeseburger and a spicy margarita! Service is always over the top friendly. Food is consistently delicious. Super clean and fun environment. I love this restaurant and my hubby is happy to always get wings with his cheeseburger loving wife!
You offer a superior products at a reasonable price, Your non breaded wings are perfect for those of us that are gluten intolerant. The side of carrot and celery sticks is a nice touch.
The food is great. Unfortunately due to training, we had to wait 15 minutes after our given pickup time to get our food. Limited my lunch time considerably.

You could first have more tequila brands available for drink purchases. You could hire more people Like Deanna who is a great bar host/manager. The bar employee needs to have a positive attitude for ALL customers. No matter the color, familiarity, or gender. Their goal should be to cater to the customer and make great drinks like Deanna did/does. Stop taking extra long with having personal conversations with friends on the side when they see a new customer come to sit at the bar. Its shouldn't take 15 minutes before speaking to a customer whos been sitting and waiting to be serviced. This is why I would ONLY come if Deanna is working. Shes so sweet and very attentive. I love me some Deanna.
