Came in a year ago with my young son and I was told to wait in the car because I couldn’t stand in the lobby due to policy to wait for the table. There was half the restaraunt open. I won’t be back. The front person was rude about it.
Consistency in the food!

Rhe food is always delicious. And the workers always are in point.
We love East Coast's wings! We order them often and pick them up. Last time we visited, we brought our family of 7 for an inside visit and waited over an hour for our food. When the wings came, they were poorly prepared. The kids were extremely antsy at that point and it was not a good experience. They said they never want to eat inside at East Coast again.
Overall, this has not been my experience at East Coast restaurants. But this visit to the store in Mocksville gave my kids a very negative perception of eating at East Coast, which I am bummed about.

Received wrong wings when called to make it right manager was rude very rude , offer make a 10 price even though I ordered 20 & gave me the hottest wings they had instead of mild like I asked .

Scott and Haley were awesome with our service. Very enjoyable.
Food was out in a timely manner and the food was very delicious everytime I chose to eat there. Service was excellent and everyone was really nice.
Server was very rude on more than 1 occasion - we were going once every 2 weeks - then I was overcharged and told I was wrong when I questioned. I'm not sure you can make it right the level of disrespect was upsetting and I'm not a dramatic person.
New to the area and only had wings, they were really good.

My favorite items were removed as appetizers. I loved the buffalo chicken dip, skillet queso dip and the flat bread pizzas. I haven’t been back since, I keep checking back to see if any new items have been added to the menu.
I lived the new renovations ! The place got a much needed face lift ! The menu was nicely refined and the bartender Randy is always so quick and kind. The food came out hot and fresh. A great dinner always!
Carey out orders are horrible! I place orders get to the restaurant and something is always missing or wrong. How can you always be out of carrots and celery?when trying to fix the problem, it always is a hassle and I feel weird asking for a refund on carrots and celery! I'm not kidding every time I order to go something is wrong with my order. Honestly the consistent hassle isn't worth the time. BWWs is across the street as well as many locally owned wing joints. We tried to be patient but several years was enough. I hope you can fix this, the potential was there!
