Always delicious. Order is always accurate.
I got honey bbq wings, and they weren't fully cooked. The middle was meat under the skin was pink all the way thru, I put them in the oven to finish cooking them. It was rushed an I'm glad I didn't continue eating after that first bite. I haven't been back since.
The wings can be somewhat fresher. Being you all charge ridiculous prices.
Service could be a bit quicker, but overall love it here and will keep returning
Every time I ate there, the wings have either been extremely hard, grisly, or overcooked or it was just nasty in general. I have a thing for wings. I Last name removed them, but every time that I’ve been to your restaurant, I’ve had a horrible experience. I don’t know what happened but for the last couple years, it’s been horrible. I tell people not to go there any chance I get.

ECW doesn't stand out in the area for food/pricing options. Look at competitors and see what could be done to make this restaurant more attractive. I don't have any complaints about ECW, but eat out at least twice per week in the area and almost never choose ECW.

Wait time on our apps was 30 min. Draft beer was pretty flat

Ordered online and they didn't have the order. Had to send screen captures of the order to my wife's phone who was picking it up. She had to wait additional time due to this.

Last time I went I waited 45 minutes. I ordered an appetizer and some drinks. People that came after me got their food and the my brought out everything at the same time. We paid for our drinks and left. I didn’t want to pull the race card but that’s what it felt like
