The atmosphere
Everything was so delicious. The sweet potato waffle fries are my favorite. The staff is awesome. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are very clean. Reasonably priced! I will definitely be back again.
food and service was other than the guy at the bar on his phone on speaker the whole time fussing with his medical issues , 5 stars on everything else LOL
We love going here for wings and those homemade chips! Yum! Food is always fresh and delicious. The waitstaff is always quick with your orders and they are always willing to help you with your requests. We have never had a bad experience here. We order extra so we can have leftovers. They have a rewards program that we belong to. That is worth signing up for.
I’ve never tried anything else on the menu, but I’m sure it is good also.
The wings
Quality control on the wings and the cooking of the wings. Big huge steroid chicken never fries/bakes/grilles good enough for people who like their chicken well done/extra crispy. It sucks to get home only to find your already sauced wings not cooked enough to your liking. Not even ain airfryer can make it better because the sauce just burns on top of the chicken, ruining the entire meal. Food cost is high as it is so when you treat yourself, you expect quality edible food. Not barely cooked through meat that you cant even reheat.
The only thing I can think of that could use a little improvement is the price.
Great food, friendly staff and prices are reasonable.
Food was great! Service was friendly and prompt. Price was fair.

Food is always so good! And everyone is so nice
Waitresses are friendly and quick to help with not only your order but anything else needed.
It has been a while since we went in but service was really slow. I have moved away but when I do get back to see family, it is one of our favorite places to eat. You guys have a great variety of sauces and I have not ever had bad food but at lunch its too slow for me to eat there on my lunch break and sometimes to go takes too long also.
Wasn’t disappointed, I just don’t push restaurants knowing that my friends probably couldn’t afford eating out.

The cheese burger is great!
I would have given you a ten but online order app I can not order the buffalo shrimp. I have enjoyed your restaurants since I moved to Charlotte 5 years ago.My orders have always been consistent in quality each time.
The seating was quick and the service was great. Our server came by to check on us at least 3 times during lunch. Lunch specials are priced well and delicious.
Move to a larger location. The current building and parking is not adequate.
