great staff
Food was not ready when I got there. It should not take 40 minutes to get my food. Staff was very unprofessional. Sitting in booth jabbing and not worrying about customers. Need to work on customer service

I was given a $10 birthday rewards and when I tried to add it to my bill the owner wouldn’t take it bc she didn’t see it in the system. She never came over to the table to chat or discuss it with me even-though I’m a regular customer there. It was weird bc the email I received said it never expires but I guess I’ll take that into consideration before I think about going there again!

My wife's hot chips were cold, about a third if them were undercooked and several of them were over cooked. Her Philly cheese wrap had lost a lot of weight ( undersized) from the last one we got at ECWG in Winston Salem ( it was like it went down a size in the tortilla wrap).
My salad was fine.
