The service was thorough. The professional arrived on time and explained what needed to be done to address some pretty bad stains. I didn’t think it was possible to get the stains out since I tried everything. The stains came out , and the carpet looked great!
Bobby did a great job & gave us good information about carpet wear.
The guys came and discussed what they were going to do, explained to me & got started. They were professional and friendly!
Marvin did an excellent good cleaning our carpet. He explained what services the company provided. I highly recommend this company.
The price was kind of expensive
I was extremely disappointed in the condescending advertisement. I thought the 3 carpets for $109 included area rugs. You should be way more specific in your advertisement.
I had 3 area rugs I wanted cleaned which were extremely way smaller than an entire carpet room. After the salesman gave me a figure for 3 area rugs I had to succumb to only 2 area rugs for $266. Extremely unreasonable! I had no choice to oblige since he was there and ready. With all respect to the service technician, Fred. He was a nice man.

Nazareth did an excellent job!
Both technicians arrived to our home over an hour after our service window with very little communication. That was frustrating and extremely inconvenient for us. We had to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the issue and we didn’t like that. My recommendation is to work on your scheduling system.

Burt Pruitt was professional and did an excellent job with cleaning our carpets. He was polite and I hope I can schedule him again with you when I need my carpets cleaned.
Had our carpets done today and we are extremely pleased with the results! Alberto was awesome and explained the process very well, and was so professional in his approach. He obviously takes pride in doing his job well and cares that his clients see great results.
