I paid extra for the pet odor add-on. I actually didn’t notice pet odors before, but did it as more of a preventative… however since my carpet has been cleaned, I noticed a wet dog smell when I walk up my stairs specifically. Not sure if it’s the stairs or hallway or both, but I do feel like that it is stronger since the carpet got wet from being cleaned. Not sure if there’s anything that can be done about this, but for that reason alone would make me not want to use it again in the future. I would be concerned about getting the carpet wet in the other rooms for fear that it might have a wet dog smell on those. We do have a dog, so could possibly be from his dander being in the carpet, but that is why I had the carpets cleaned and paid the extra for the odor control and pet treatment. I did however appreciate that a couple of stains that were in the hallway and room were able to be lifted up.

The two gentleman who cleaned our carpets on Saturday were amazing. Jason and Jack not sure about the names, but they were very knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly. We will continue with zero Rez when we need our carpets cleaned. We gave them two thumbs up and 10 stars.
This is the 4th time I have used Zero Rez. I was quoted $100 for 3 rooms. When the tech got there he explained for any stains I would need the $70 per room pre-treatment upgrade. When I declined, he showed me how just the steam would not get out a drink stain. After he left, I used carpet cleaner and got it out myself. I wasted time and money to just have water put on my carpet. No thanks. This upsell strategy is an insult to my intelligence.

Daniel was able to get cat urine out of our carpet (that I didn't even know was there) so it could have been there a while. Our carpet felt brand new after he cleaned them and looked brand new. He was able to get rid of all the stains.

Have never had bad experience… unlike some other companies that I have used in past. One company that I will not name didn’t come at all on two occasions. When you have done the prep work and moved some furniture to make ready for a cleaning and they don’t show up leaves a real bad impression.
First off, they are very knowledgeable in the product and service they provide . Due to past cleanings done poorly , much soap was sitting in our carpets causing a problem with dirt and stains. Our carpet was a challenge but they got our ugly stains clean. In fact it’s looks brand new. I won’t use anyone else and will highly recommend to others. In the past our carpets always felt sticky and stiff after cleaning. Not this time. Old stains that I never thought would come out did!! They also taught us how to better care for our carpet and what to use and not!! Very impressed with overall service. See you next year guys.
