the air cleaning guy was friendly, arrived on time. cleaned and informed me as he went. improvement needed, they let schedule an appointment about a week or so out and then called me a day or two before the appointment and told me they couldn't do it that day but "their system let me schedule for some reason". so I'd made plans for this to be done in a sequence of events at my house , banked on them and they didnt tell me it wouldn't work for them until last minute. luckily the guy that called to tell me this bad news worked hard to find another day and time that would work and had a tech out at like 8 am another day that worked within the next few days. they were very accommodating, but that could have been a deal breaker and I told him that. over all a good air cleaning experience

they were 2 hours late without proper notice, meaning they gave me notice around 2 that they would be "closer to the end of the service time around 4:45" and didnt even call by 5pm, I called zerorez and the lady said the tech was "on his way from another job now" but he didnt call to tell us he was one his way until like 6:45 and didnt show up until the 7 o clock hour! then proceeds to stay for 2 plus hours, do the job, and and charge more for the pet cleaning (which I was expecting ) but say "this will bring up the pet smells " so not the house smells MORE like dog that when he came before and it has been days. the tech didnt get ANY of the stains out of the carpet, NOT ONE. the high traffic areas look the exact same. over all the carpet looks a little more uniform but the initial quote was like 180ish with pet service being an on site estimate and he ended up charging 480ish! and DIDNT even get rid of the pet smell but made it WORSE! and ADMITTED he was doing so. I couldn't be more disappointed with a carpet company. This is the absolute last company I would ever recommend. I just wouldn't ever. it was worse than not doing it at all and it was robbery. unprofessional. false advertising. the last I called hug up on me as well when I called for justification on the late tech. I plan on rating online as well to warn others of this disservice and rip off

Great customer service, fast, reliable and very professional. Our technician, John, explained the entire process and treatment options. He was courteous, friendly and did a fantastic job working out the old spots in our living room carpet. He even provided information on how to extend the life of our carpet and spot treatment services. As well as other services Zerorez offers. Very satisfied! Love how new our carpet looks again and without the heavy perfume chemical smell. Great job Zerorez!

The technician who performed the cleaning couldn't have been nicer, more helpful and friendly, plus his work was impeccable. Would love to have him on my next appointment if I only knew his name which I forgot to get. At first I was upset because I learned he would be late, and it was important to have the carpets cleaned that day, but when he came by, I realized he was perfect for the job because of his kind nature...and I was correct.

The people that do your services are very knowledgably friendly and helpful. They also do excellent job of cleaning my carpet at a reasonable cost. I have been using Zero Rez for about 20 years.

Be more flexible. I ask if he could clean my entry rug 5’x7’ since I did not have him clean 2 bedroom closets but he said that he could not. Also it took much longer for carpet to dry than what I was told. Also my senior discount was not 10 per cent like I was told. My carpets look much better.
