My carpet wasn’t soiled too much but still had an odor. I’ve had to go over it myself with my own carpet cleaner and odor solution
You use water to clean and it dries fast
Your pricing was incredibly misleading. You quoted me $495 for three rooms with carpet and then your tech gets here and says because i rugs and no carpet, that price is not valid. The price 300 per rug (i had 2) plus your mobile fee. I was charged 1,000 when i was quoted 495.

It was very shocking when my technician told me my amount due was over twice the amount I expected.
You might want to make it more known in your quote that the smallest amount of blood will cause the price to sky rocket.
My house was not a crime scene. I had cut my leg and had four drops of blood on my closet carpet which is why o scheduled the service. I am interested if I would not have told him if my price would have went up.

2. Promised 2 promotional items - 2- Ranger tickets and $50 Giftcard to EG Steakhouse in Frisco.
I had to call 2-3 times to chasedown to get the Ranger tickets. 2 weeks. Got the Ranger tickets after complaining.
It’s been 3 weeks and numerous calls to get a status on the EG Steakhouse giftcard.
They want the customer to give up. They don’t deliver what is promised on the invoice and is in breach of a legal contract. Will not do business again! They do not keep their promises on promotional items. Stay away! Never received the $50 giftcard.

Texted with a representative for pricing, told them exactly what I needed cleaned and why. They quoted me a price that was more than I could afford and I told them so. They offered me other options, and I narrowed down the scope of the job to what I could afford, at $262 for one room and one small loveseat. They said that anything on top of that would be extra, which I understood. Once the technician started, he said that the initial cost was $500, plus additional services that he determined would be needed, for a total cost of $750. I asked him to immediately stop the job because I could not afford that cost. He insisted that he alread started and would need to continue, but I told him that I could not pay that amount and that he needed to stop. He called his boss and told him (Seth) that I was refusing to pay for services, at which point, the manager, (Seth) threatened the police for theft of services. We never said we wouldn't pay, just that we could not pay the amount that he was now saying it would cost. I had to leave for work, so my husband paid the technician for what he had completed at that point, which cost us about $450. The loveseat had been completed, and the one room of carpeting had been started but not finished, so the loveseat is okay, but for $450, the one room of carpet looks like nothing ever was done to it. So unhappy all around with the service, the value for what I paid was awful.
The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the whole process to me from beginning to end and then proceeded to make our carpets look better than even the last time they were cleaned. I was very happy with the entire experience.

I have had the service before but the service tech that came this time was the best service I have ever had. Last years tech was late and sped through the service and provided bare min adequate service. However, this time...the service tech was very friendly, very thourough and cared about my satisfaction and took great pride in doing a job well done!
