The technician who came to my house was on time, friendly, explained things clearly, let me know exactly what to expect, communicated with me at intervals on his progress and next steps, offered helpful suggestions and recommended other helpful services. He was detailed and he took care to protect the doorway edges. A great guy who did a great job!

I was so impressed with Marion’s professionalism and knowledge. It’s not easy to let someone in your house all day while you work, but this was a truly pleasant experience. The carpets look fantastic and mo stain was ignored, could not be happier with the end result. Fair pricing.

Overall great service, only issue was with the upfront pricing and then added extras that I don't feel were correctly advertised ahead of time.
For an initial estimate of $900 to a final cost of $2,400 due to added extras that I approved but were implied to me were needed, they should have been correctly included in your initial estimate.
I felt like the technician was justifying his work by explaining how I needed to repaint the inside of my house. I had a room cleaned because I knew that there was pet urine on the carpet, and I felt like there was some CYA verbiage in case there was still an odor.
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very happy with my carpet cleaning service. The rep, Curtis, was so friendly & professional. He called prior to arriving & went through the process prior to beginning making sure I knew what was to be done. He asked if I needed to add anything or had any other questions & addressed those. He completed the job in a timely manner & cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend this company
