The young man you sent was so nice and professional. He explained everything clearly and did an excellent job.
The only negative we have is that the technician had equipment that scratched our floor. This has happened to us twice in the last few years from your company. We tried our best to cover the path where they were working. Perhaps your company could explore finding a way to pad the couplings on their hoses or something in the future to minimize this risk for customers. Other than that we are quite pleased with the work that was done for our home.

I am pleased with how the carpet looks following the cleaning. It also does not take a long time to dry.

Dear Zerorez Team,
I am writing as a long-time loyal customer, having used your services since 2006, starting with my first house in Grand Prairie. Over the years, I appreciated the consistency and efficiency your technicians demonstrated, regardless of who arrived. The process was standard, professional, and reliable.
However, over the last three years, I have noticed a significant decline in service consistency. Typically, the technician would greet me, conduct a quick walkthrough of the areas needing service, offer suggested upgrades based on pet soil or carpet condition, and then proceed with a standard cleaning process involving spraying, agitation, and scrub. Some would use adapters to show the dirty water flowing through the clear tube and place plastic plates against walls to avoid damage—small but meaningful details that indicated thoroughness.
Recently, the technician I had was respectful and courteous, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I felt he lacked the proper training to handle the issues I observed. I repeatedly explained that the water temperature wasn’t as hot as usual and that the system seemed to be malfunctioning—insufficient water flow and poor suction. Although he tried to demonstrate that the system was working, it was clearly not performing at the expected standard. I sensed his discomfort as he attempted to maintain a competent front without a viable explanation or solution, which led to my frustration.
This experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing with Zerorez. While the technician’s professionalism was commendable, the lack of proper training and inability to uphold your established standards undermines your company’s reputation in my eyes. It is vital for Zerorez to train all employees thoroughly and enforce a standardized service process to restore the level of consistency that once set you apart from competitors.
At this point, I feel Zerorez’s service is no different from any other carpet cleaning company, which forces me to look elsewhere for my needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to maintain your customer base and service quality.

In my sunroom there were spots where my plants were overwatered and left stains. The technician said that the padding was also stained and he did a deep stain removal for the carpet and pad. I paid $300 extra for this service but the stains were back the next day. Very disappointed. He cleaned two other rooms and hallway and 4 patio cushions. Total bill was $630--much more than I expected.
