What do you like about our products and services?

Tyree the service technician was extremely courteous and showed phenomenal professionalism in his demeanor and attitude. The carpets look immaculately clean. I asked him about the duct cleaning service and he said that he would see if he could include that in this trip, that was something that was an above and beyond service, because I have noticed with any other service company if I ask for additional services they always ask for that service to be rescheduled.
I would most definitely recommend Zerorez and actually use the service on a regular basis.

I love that the carpet look like new and there is no odor that you typically have with carpet cleaning. I have tried several companies and will not use anyone except Zerorez. I have referred Zerorez to several friends and family already.

My technician, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, conscientious and caring. His attention to detail, quality and customer service is over and above what I expected. In addition, the fact that he provided basic information about your other services, but did not "push" them was greatly appreciated, and guarantees I will use Zerorez for other things besides just carpet cleaning!

My carpets look great. All spots gone - even the ones left after another company cleaned the carpets. Technician was professional, friendly and apparently knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech was very pushy and rude. Tyree was supposed to have been the tech as he had done work for us before. The tech also passed over some dirt stains saying they were dog stains when they were obviously not. Short of a refund we will not use or recommend your company again.

What could we do to improve?

Zerorez declined greatly in quality since the last time they came to my house (about 9 months ago.) This time, the technicians were due at my house at 2:00 p.m. but didn't actually show up until nearly 7:00 p.m. They then did a half-asssed, hurried job and left at 7:30 p.m. leaving my carpet reeking of dog urine. The previous time I used Zerorez, the carpet looked and smelled WONDERFUL. So I will caution people that you never know what kind of service you will get from Zerorez. They also used a mechanical buffer on my marble which defaced it, erroneously thinking it was "tile."
