Transparency and friendliness of the technician
To make things right, please send a Tech back out for a second carpet cleaning. August 4th or 5th, 2026 would be the ideal time. When the representative was here cleaning it seems as if demonstrating and selling a product was the main focus. More time was spent in areas not needing more attention than others. Certain areas could have been focused on more than others.

It looked cleaner wet than after it dried. It is cleaner, but not as clean as i hoped and has a few stains left in places.

They did a great job cleaning my carpet and made it look like new.
Come up with something to put over front door to keep heat out. My ac ran non stop from 8am until 11 pm when I turned it off. My line froze I was unaware as I stayed gone all day.
