I am tired of using this company and they never have notes saved on what they did the time before.
Also, the guy who came out this time wanted to charge me $350 for an 12inx12 in area to do a flash treatment on. That is nuts.
I will likely never use this company again.

The carpet looks the same as it did before it was clean. It doesn't appear to have been cleaned at all. I will not be using your business again or recommending you.

Diamond, the man sent to clean the grout on my floors, was amazing. Nobody has gotten the grout looking like new, but he did!
The technician who knew what he was doing. My three rooms had a tenant who ignored carpets for four years. The results were astonishing and highly through the effort by tech. Kid went to Richardson High and I was impressed to witness sheer pride in doing a great job.
I really enjoyed my technician. He called ahead with his ETA and was on time. He walked me through the process and did a demo on my carpet and couch. I wasn't going to have my couch cleaned and my tech mentioned the couch was larger area to absorb odor and I am glad I did. It has been nice to come home to a fresh smelling house every day.
The main purpose of this work was to remove the stain. It did not happen. And it was overcharged.

I like the company does not use harsh chemicals. My kids lay on the floor and play. Also when I called the people on the phone have always been very polite and respectful.
Your technician was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable. While facing difficult with his equipment her showed great patience and ability to resolve the issue without raising alarm in me! That in itself is very applauding! But he also did a very great job at cleaning my carpets! His trustworthiness set me at ease to the point that, since we were running behind schedule, I felt very comfortable letting him just finish and let himself out!! Thank you Sir!! (Sorry can’t remember names well) but your service was very memorable!

Paul was courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. He called beforehand to let me know his arrival time. He did not say anything critical about the age of our carpeting, and he was easy to speak with.

Excellent service and highly knowledgeable tech! He really took the time throughout the process to show me the status of my air ducts and blower boxes, making it very easy to understand what needed to be done. He also cleaned my dryer vent which hadn't been done in a decade! Highly efficient, friendly and I would recommend him to anyone!
