The floors were not cleaned well. I mopped after the tile was “cleaned and it was filthy water. The carpets could have been cleaned better as well.

The young man who cleaned the carpet was the sweetest most polite person I have ever met!!

Carpet was not cleaned properly the first time. I was incorrectly charged on my bill, and I’m still waiting on a manager to confirm with a regional manager whether or not I can receive a partial refund. No one has followed up with me.

I never got an email to ask about my service tech which I was supposed to get. His commission depends on that. It was never sent. I feel like that is bad business on your part, and it’s not taking care of the people who take care of you. Nice loophole that benefits you, but I dont respect that type of business.

$478 for on bedroom was a bit exvessive

The cleaning product is effective and leaves my carpets feeling fresh. The window of time is only 3 hours, rather than more extensive windows from other services. The cleaning time was quick, and I appreciate the specials you run. The best part of the entire experience was the technician who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I would to acknowledge your employee’s skills on February 23, 2026. He was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. He had my floors looking brand new. I will definitely refer your services to my neighbors, friends and family. I am 84 years old and kind of technologically challenged so I don’t know how to attach pictures to display how great he cleaned the floors.
