Not professional or knowledgeable service for upholstery
My tech was great and explained everything in detail. He was able to get the carpet very clean. They were fast to schedule my appointment.

Healthier option for carpet cleaning. Equipment has strong suction that gets out so much water that the carpet is dry after a short amount of time. Gets stains out.

I've been a customer for many years, and my most recent experience was above and beyond the rest! Over the years the service I received has almost always been great, however, Bert's professionalism, and service stood out to me above all others in the past.

The technician was informative, professional, and efficient. The carpet looks wonderful!
Dexter was so polite and worked so hard to clean our carpet. I would like to have known the extra charges before I got the final bill. That was much more than I expected.
The next day the stain came back even worse than it was. Like I said he tried but I was so disappointed that it was so expensive and did not work. I will have to replace the carpet now. I will recommend Dexter again, but I will also recommend that the ones I refer ask about additional prices and careful on bad stains. May not be worth it.
