Disinterested employees. Argumentative. In a hurry and not attentive to the task. One employee, Arnold, spit on a rag to clean my lamp which had back spray from whatever was used to clean my couches. Never again will I use Zerorez!!

How did it go to $165 +. ???

The tech was super good and nice basically He out lined the price— $99 to $70 for 2 rooms and discount the cost of the 3rd room from $80 to $50 for subbing
the chair in.
I thought was fair. $120.00. Was on track to pay $120 anyway.

So Did I miss something?
Throwing taxes on at 6.25% =$7.50 for a total of $!27.50 right? no $166,50

I paid 500.00 to get 4 rooms cleaned and sanitized. It took more than 7 hours for the floors to dry. Very dissatisified for the inconvienence. Especially when the advertisement says the floor will dry within 3 hours. The advertisement also said it was 4 rooms for $99. Not true.

The guy who cleaned was great. Super friendly. Timely. Explained what be was doing. This isn’t about him or his work, it’s about the pricing after the quote and the results from product used. We have relatively new Barber carpet in one room. It was put down last summer. Our senior small dog has had some accidents on it and we have used the type of carpet cleaner for Lux and the carpet cleaning machine that the company that installed our carpet suggested when they clean the carpet. It looked good when the gentleman left but again it was wet today there were more stains on it than I remember seeing before and my organizer who came to work on this room today said the carpet smelled very strongly of dog urine still.

Technician was on time and wasted no time in making the carpet clean. Very well done.
