Estaban was our service representative. He was very professional, understood his products and told us everything he was doing along the way. He waw impressive. He 3 rooms and a hallway. The hallway we have not been able to get clean before. The clean and restored the fibers like knew. I could not be more please with his service and results!!

I think the pricing is a little high. If not mistaken quote was different. The guy that cleaned the carpet was great.
From my last post I got a response from the owner that said .... to call to make it right. I did did call and had to go though everything with the lady that answered and she said they would listen to the initial call on quote and then someone would call me back. I've never received a return phone call.
Zerorez informed me that the shag carpet would be cleaned and it is sticky with residue. The rug still looks dirty and it was tangled which took me about an hour to untangle.

Our technician damaged the bottom of our bookcases with the machine. We will have to fill, sand and repaint - he took a chunk out of the wood. As well he put so much cleaning fluid on the carpet stairs (too twice as long to dry) and left a lot of residual liquid on our wood floor on either side of the carpet. We ask him to mop it up which he did but there was an area that was overlooked and there is now a very large stain mark. We will try to clean it.
All in all he did a great job with the actual carpet cleaning but the residual damage is very disheartening. UGH.
