The person who cleaned my carpet did an excellent job and he really worked hard to get my carpet as clean as possible and was so professional and nice to deal with.
The service did not live up to expectations after upsold and promised that that was the only way to get rid of the stains. Please, don’t even reach out to us! Over priced under promising services and some of my carpet is 8 months old. The bedroom is 3 yrs old.
Service is awsome. Over the years, ZeroRez technicans have worked HARD to clean and make our carpets look new. ZeroRez comes out at least twice a year.

It was super easy to set up the appointment online. The technician showed up about 30 minutes into the 2hr arrival window. He quickly determined the services that we needed and got right to work! He was fast and I loved there was no perfume or chemical smell when he was done. Thanks Jesse!
