Jay was absolutely awesome, best job we’ve ever had done. He thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. Jay was very diligent about his work and was also very nice. One of the best parts about this is that there is no lingering smell or fragrance. The ease of booking the appointment and getting it done was amazing. The tech, Alberto was very proficient and professional. I could tell he was a little stressed because the stain on the mattress was not coming out and he was very concerned until he thought about trying a mixture of bleach and water. We decided to try it and he sprayed it on and waited a few minutes before using the wet vac, then it began to disappear, we were both very pleased. Other services would have just given up and left it. I am very impressed with the work ethic of this young man. After Easter, I plan to schedule another appointment for my carpets. Thank you Alberto,

Victor did a wonderful job explaining me the process and what has to be done. He gave me options to do deep cleaning after he checked the property and offered me discounts too. He also took pictures of before and after and gave a run down on what was done.

The floors were not cleaned well. I mopped after the tile was “cleaned and it was filthy water. The carpets could have been cleaned better as well.

Service is always prompt, polite and thorough. The technician was helpful with suggestions for ways to maintain our clean carpet.

The carper isn’t crunchy afterwards, just soft and clean feeling.
