Stains which other cleaners were unable to re move are gone. Best the carpet has looked in years. I expected that the stains would reappear when the carpet dried. The carpet stains appear to be gone.
Great communication- courteous tech
The number of attempted up charges was insane. Then to know if we don’t pay the additional $40 per room, you only use alkaline water? So now the carpets stink and a number of missed spots including behind doors. Will not use zerorez again when I can do a better job myself.
Michael was meticulous in cleaning the carpet, and they look amazing when he finished. He arrived within the appointed time slot, got set up, pretreated some areas, and finished without any issues. He explained what to expect regarding drying time and the benefits of the services. I was able to take advantage of the special pricing, and it was worth the value. I would highly recommend Zerorez and plan to use them again.

I always get excellent service from Zerorez - the technicians do a great job of cleaning the carpets. The carpet always looks brand new. I would highly Zerorez - they have great specials!
Please let me know where I can send pictures of the cleaning. I paid $1000 to have the tile cleaned in the house and it looks terrible. Also, it’s an empty house and we had to leave a few minutes before he finished and he left the house unlocked after we requested he lock it.
