The rugs on the surface appeared clean but every single rug is still dirty and smells. I literally just wasted almost $600.

I know that Zerorez is known for free of chemicals and smells, but I was a little not happy with how I could still smell the pet dandruff after they left and cleaned the carpets. Good pricing and very nice employee that came to my house!
