For the average person, what I had to have done to the carpet, is way to expensive. The rep did a good job though.
Expense wise, my air duct cleaning, was what was quoted.

The carpet has an odor, isn’t clean, and I paid 77 dollars for the odor solution…I understand some stains are impossible to get up but I was able to use my carpet cleaner to get more stains up then what the guy did who came out. When the room died it smelled 10x worse than the original smell which made me clean it myself. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
Forgot our appointment time. Received an apology call and the rep sent back out several hours later. Offered a discount but when I received the bill there was no discount included. When packing out the rep knocked over a plant and broke the pot that was sitting on my front porch.
The technician was excellent! Polite, meticulous and my carpet looked great when he was finished. Highly recommend.

The techician, Nazareth was kind and very thorough. He explain the options for cleaning specific areas. He was very professional and quick. Pricing was higher than anticipated. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.
Upsold my wife by $500 for something unnecessary. It was supposed to be $176 ($99 +$77) instead my invoice was $692… I hope cole and Bo can sleep… incredibly disappointed in those two men

Well I wasn’t expecting some of the hidden fees. I thought the price would include everything, but we learned it was an extra $200 for the coil and blower cleaning and $200 more for anti microbial. I’m sure they needed it, just thought everything was included in the $449. Edwin was very knowledgeable and did a great job so it wasn’t a reflection on him at all.

You guys left us last night with no working air-conditioning saying a company was on its way to repair, only to have them call and say they couldn’t repair it at that time. The best they could do was the following afternoon. I have an infant son and had to find another place to stay for the night. He left us in a potentially dangerous situation with no solution. Now you’re only offering to cover the cost of the repair which was much cheaper than the company you guys tried to put us with. I will not recommend this company to anyone because I haven’t even been able to get a manager to call me back to discuss what happened. Thank God we had somewhere to go.
The service tech was prompt, professional and polite. He communicated the process and time expected to complete the service.

I like there is no residue, so the spots don't return. The upholstery cleaning was a first for us and it worked great. An investment in this service saves you from buying new things like carpet and fabric to recover chairs etc.
The price was disappointing. It was $500 more than the quote that was given online when I put everything that I wanted included when I submitted my appointment request.
Also, the 2 rooms that were cleaned in my home were really half a room because I didn't move any furniture, they only cleaned what you see.
I will most likely not recommend or use again.
