Daniel was thorough, a master of his skill, and truly took pride in his work. We were the fortunate recipient of this. Our carpets are older and we have an older pet, so you can imagine the wear. Now, picture a free of coffee stains, tread wear and water spills (our pet is sloppy!).
This result is an aggregate of Zerorez principles and process and Daniel's expertise. I stongly recommend Zerorez (and Daniel) to all!

I got a very thorough cleaning by Paul Fetui . He was professional,on time & let me know ahead of time that he was on his way, polite, pleasant,& remembered me from last year. He is the best! I request him because he lives up to my expectations .
This was the first time using this provider and it was a fantastic experience. The tech (John) was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I understood the process and I loved the fact that while he explained other services the company provides, he was not your typical salesman in trying to get you to spend more than you had planned on.
I will definitely seek to become a regular customer with Zeroez.
seems to clean ok. Hopefully uses non-toxic products. However admin does not seem to give vital information to the technicians. Hope it will be ok

The cleaning service was great. We were using the Rangers tickets promotion and haven’t received the email for those. We had asked about a week ago if we could get approved for 4 tickets as we have been able to in the past, but have not heard back.
