The technician did not clean the carpet very well, one spot in particular you can see where he went over with the cleaner machine and he brought the dirt to the surface so I have lines of dirt now in one spot and it’s definitely cause from the machine, the technician should’ve gone over a couple of more times to get all dirt out, It looks worse than it did before we had it cleaned in the particular spot. My husband did ask him about it and he said all it just needs to dry. Well it’s dry now & looks bad.
I’m so disappointed because I always listen to your commercials on the radio and really thought your company would be a great choice.

Quick, effective, and affordable
Used them to clean 7 upholstery chairs and add protectant to each. They came during the time scheduled, called before they arrived so I would when they would be here. Polite and ensured I was pleased with work before they left.

Think there should be 2 doing the job as opposed to one. Left water spots on stair that was wood and hardwood floor.
I really like the results of the cleaning, but there was one thing that disappointed me. The technician told me they aren't allowed to clean any part of the hallway that is outside the straight line from the entrance to the living room.
Our hallway is T-shaped, with the main part running from the entrance to the living room and a short side hallway leading to the two kids' rooms. It's only about 7 feet long, but the technician said they weren't allowed to clean it. He explained that the company has become stricter about this.
The technicians were very nice, but I feel like the company has become less focused on customer satisfaction.

The technician who came was greatness! He was receptive, attentive, & happy. He had time to visit & assess the job, then....he went after it!! Called me in to take at the work he had already done to see if I approved; the results were remarkable. He then continued. No time was wasted; he was here at the designated time, then was finished & packed up. He made sure I looked at all he had done and that I was satisfied.
