It's so nice to be able to have one trustworthy company take care of so many things around our home - cleaning tile, air ducts, upholstery.

The technician was timely and worked very neatly. Stains came out. Everything was looking really good and smelling good and I was very happy with everything.

I only got 2 rooms and an area rug done. It was $193. The ad was 3 rooms for $109. It came out ok but next time I’ll use someone else.

Our Zerorez cleaner was a great guy. He was not only on time but called to say he was early. He came and looked at our "spot" carpet problem and said, "With enough vacuum he could suck all of the dirty water up and remove our spots. So he went over our carpet two or three extra times to be sure to pull all of the grime up from the spots that had been a problem. The carpet looks great.
He was a good representative of the company. He was eager and both a hard worker and an efficient employ. He kept us informed of what he was doing at each step of the way. I give him 10 Stars out of 10!!It was interesting to watch him work. He followed work/sales manual step by step from his introduction of him and of the company. By following the work training manual to a "T." All the way to ending with upselling a couple of products. He did it in a good and short time according to the trading manual with zero applied pressure allowing be to say yes or now.
I will recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. BTW, this was my first time using them.

Pet treatment gave the carpet a good, deep clean. Especially in areas that were heavily soiled by pets and heavy traffic areas. Cole was very knowledgeable and talked me through the difference in service and what treatments worked best for me. All said and done, Cole did an excellent job and the carpet looks good as new! Highly recommend him for best carpet cleaning and providing great customer service!
