i have been using Zerorez for many years. I love their "clean" method of cleaning the carpets that doesn't leave any residue. I have the confidence that my carpets will be thoroughly cleaned and look great.
The products are spot on perfect and the service people are very courteous and kind! We have used Zerorez for many years!!!

Technician did an excellent job!
Did not communicate that there would be a $350.00 transport fee for equipment. Was only told 109 for 3 rooms plus a hallway for free. They also did not do the hallway/walkin closet that was part of the deal. Called zero res phone number and the person that answered said that was incorrect, and I should only be paying a $25 fee. The cleaner stopped in the middle of working and refused to finish unless I paid. My wife had to go pick up our daughter, and we did not want to leave him alone in our home. So I agreed to pay. But told them I would not be using you all again. This 350 dollar fee was more than I've ever paid for carpet cleaning, it was $500 total for not much carpet space at all. And did not include the hallway/walkin. Very disappointed. The second time I called back asking for the updated invoice a different person answered the phone, and said that I actually had to pay the fee. This was not part of my quote at all. But I paid so he would finish work and leave.

The technician arrived onsite in a timely manner. He was also very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and the approximate time that it would take to complete the job. Lastly, he did and awesome job! My carpet looks very nice.

"Specials" help keeping the cost to an acceptable level. Service in 2015 was not acceptable due to poor cleaning results. However, the technician this year was personable, effective and made the effort to create great results. Much appreciated!

In my sunroom there were spots where my plants were overwatered and left stains. The technician said that the padding was also stained and he did a deep stain removal for the carpet and pad. I paid $300 extra for this service but the stains were back the next day. Very disappointed. He cleaned two other rooms and hallway and 4 patio cushions. Total bill was $630--much more than I expected.
