The technician was very thorough and professional. He did an excellent job in cleaning my area rug and carpet. All areas dried quickly just as the technician explained. I have used ZeroRez many times before and will definitely use them again refer my family and friends.
Zerorez is at it's best when it's workers are committed to delivering the service and information that empower is customers to understand what to expect and what that entails. The three room treatment is probably the best package ever in steam cleaning history. I always go to it because living is exclusive but getting proper floor cleaning shouldn't out you in the poor house. I love everything about your cleaning process.. and only one have I been slightly disappointed by the technicians sent to my house. They anyways explain the process, the more concise the better but knowing what spots they can treat ahead of time really helps so that walkthrough is very important. it's essential that they do each of those steps. The last tech sent to my house was the best tech we've ever had he was personable, thorough, and proffesional. He completed each step of the process diligently and was able to over deliver on his spot treatment expectations.. Honestly is be his friend in any other day of the week. Hats off to him and the zerorez way. Thank you!
Everytime I set up an Appointment, they are very kind, professional, and do an excellent job with our carpets. It looks brand-spankin' new! Ill continue to use their services in the future.
They came on time and we were ready. I know that was appreciated. They did the whole house and in a timely fashion. They were able to get the wine stains out; stains I had previously tried several times to clean. With three cats in the house, it's good to know that what is used to clean is non-toxic. We really like Zerorez!!

Very professional and kind
Finding a company that would clean out my dryer vent that goes through the attic was difficult. I had contacted five other companies that would only do that job as an add-on to cleaning all of the air ducts throughout the house. But Zerorez sent two service men out and they were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that my neglected vent was completely cleared of lent. I won’t lose their number because they have other cleaning services that I will be using in the future.
