Don't know anything about the products but what ever is being used it works. I never have any problem with the technician getting my carpet cleaned or getting out any stains.
We are 100% satisfied with our carpet cleaning experience. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment in just a day. When Diamond came out he was punctual, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions.
Lastly, and most importantly the results were jaw dropping. The difference was night and day.
Pushy salespeople/service techs. Also, I believe I was overbilled. I had already selected the additional bedroom and was charged for two bedrooms for the 4th bedroom.

He did a great job cleaning our carpet, our tile floors and our marble floors. He cleaned and sealed the grout lines in our tile floors. Everything looks so good. We will definitely use Zero Rez again.
