Clean carpets, very thorough job by the technician, and no up charges.
We can't think of anything we didn't like. Edgar was very professional, thorough, and friendly. Our 13 year old carpets look completely revived, but the most amazing thing is our tile and the grout. We were thinking of replacing it all...not anymore! It looks more than revived. It looks like a new floor! Thank You!

I was really pleased with the serviceman you sent to my house. He did a great job and was very honest with me and got the job done well and quickly. Our carpets look great. We had tried another service before yours and you were able to get out the stains the other company could not. I was very impressed.
No smell from the cleaning and the carpet is not soggy afterwards.

The technician called to ask if he could come earlier than our scheduled time and I thought that was wonderful. He did an excellent job and I was amazed at the spots that came out of the carpet. I really did not expect the carpet to come clean in several areas so I'm very impressed with the service and products.

Having Zerorez clean my carpets makes them look like new!
Carpet buckled in two rooms, will now have to pay additional cost for stretching back into place. Prices should hold firm once o the job.
The truckmounted cleaner did a good job of cleaning the carpets. The tech and his assistant were courteous and worked quickly and quietly.
Did not clean our carpet on the date and time the appointment was made, but did come out a few days later to clean the carpet, I found several stains still on the carpet in master bedroom and upstairs in the hall.
No harmful chemicals. Our children have sensitivities to solvents and artificial fragrances. We appreciate that Zerorez did not use them to clean our carpets.

Service people were polite, arrived punctually or called Cleaning results were better than I expected. I also had them clean an oriental rug and was amazed at the results!

It is quick, has no residual odor and doesn't take long to dry. We have used you twice and both times had a professional doing the work.
All of the Zero Rez representatives to date have been knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Our latest representative, Paul Lara, was no exception. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet areas and was in and out quickly with a minimum of disruption that is appreciated. We have been pleased with the outcome of the treatments we have purchased and feel we receive good value for your service. Keep up the good work!

I like that you don't use "soap" therefore there will be no residue left in my carpet to attract dirt. I like that you call in advance when the technician is on the way with a heads up on the approximate ETA. I like the honesty of the technician when I ask questions whether it is worth cleaning something or not...I feel I am not just being sold something so you can make money, but instead I am being sold satisfaction with the work that you will perform.
