Lower prices for single stain removal.

The upcharges for stain treatment are out of line. I paid the price for pet treatment on my first property and felt I had been ripped off. At the second property I refused additional treatments and the tech made little attempt to get the stains out or offer other solutions. I was so disappointed I didn't even tip the tech. It appeared to me that there are standard prices for the different stain treatments - Zerorez should be upfront on the website - I'd it costs $90 extra dollars per room for pet treatment, post your pricing!

I paid over $850 to clean the carpets in a 2000 square ft house...I could buy a Rug Doctor for less than that! Very disappointed in the business practices of Zerorez.

I was extremely happy at first at the personality and politeness of the technicians, but after looking over the house after the carpet was dry enough to walk on, I noticed at least five areas of my walls, both the corners as well as the main wall, hit and or scraped by the hose or handle of the cleaner. Maybe if they were more interested in cleaning my house instead of trying to sell me everything from a air condition filter to a HPA air cleaner these mishaps may not have happened. I do know that these things sometimes happen, but its the not "coming clean" no pun intended, that I find un-professional. And my honest feeling is, is that they know of these areas... They main area was the corner of the stairs that they spent some time on, with paint chips clearly on the floor..

I took pictures of these area but have no why of sending them....

No chemicals

The misrepresentation of pricing from what is advertised to what is reality. When I set this appointment up on the phone they didn't say, "oh, and a room can only be 200 square feet, 1 foot over and it is another room cost. To me a room is a room and that is what I expected. And yes you did send an email but I had not had the chance to read it so imagine my suprise when I found out my room was not a room.

I have used your cleaning previously and very happy with the results. This time the carpet looked clen but was very wet, which I brought up with the technicians. They said that is the way it always was and would dry soon. I told them that from previous cleanings the carpet was alot dryer. The carpet took all night to cry , eventhough they were finsihed by 2:30. The truck looked alot older and I ddo not think the suction in the hose was good enough. I am not sure I would use you again, even though the carpet looked clean.

Servixw Tchnician was knowledgeable and helpful. Did excellent job of claening the carpets and particularly addressing "difficult" stains.

The service was fine, but it is a bit overpriced. Offering more specials and/or incentives would be helpful and might make folks want to get more rooms cleaned.

staffs are extremely nice and professional. just waiting to see how long the carpet stay clean and how often i will need to get recurrent spots to come back.

Your initial cleaning (which did include two pet treatments) did not remove the pet odors. I was given a verbal quote, on the day I had my carpet cleaned, for a "full" pet treatment, in the event the cleaning did not remove the pet odors. I was also told the cost of the two pet treatments would be deducted from the total price of the full pet treatment. Since I was not satisfied with the results, I called Zerorez back for a full pet treatment (based on the verbal quote I was given). When the technicians showed up, they gave me a written quote that was three times the verbal quote. Needless to say, I did not go with Zerorez. If I have to pay three times the amount I was quoted, I will give that money to a more reputable company. I absolutely will NOT use, or recommend Zerorez!

Efficient, carpet looks great. However, I have not been able to redeem my $100 gift certificate from the jewelry company. How do I do that?

The quality of the cleaning was everything that they said on the radio. I was using one of those other companies on a regular basis, not any more!

Spots on the carpet in traffic areas re-appeared within days of the initial cleaning. However, I was very pleased with the response when I called to ask the technician to return. The repeat service was only yesterday so it isn't yet clear whether or not those spots will again re-appear. So far so goo.

I didn't see any improvement in my carpets. There were a couple stains i didn't expect to get out but i would think general dirt and a coke stain would come out. I also got the pet enzyme treatment in two rooms. Still smell the same. I am having to enzyme treat and steam myself anyway.
Not satisfied at all. After hearing about the 'wonderful' job i would get from the jodi dean show for over a year. I'm disappointed i even tried.

Some of the stains in the carpet are coming back - the ones that the technicians specifically said would be gone because they were caused by soap/cleaner residue.
