It was GREAT!! I could not believe how clean he was able to get our carpet. Very excited!
I loved how clean my carpet smelled and looked! The service was great too - Terrell did an excellent job.
The only part I wasn't as pleased with was the office staff and their customer service or attitude. That is an area that could stand some polishing.
Have techs break down cost in writing before work begins. I think I was quoted $20 less/room for pet urine treatment than charged in the end; and if I saw it all in writing, I would have just had one room treated instead of four - because three rooms were not visually or by smell "soiled". I feel the tech over sold services I didn't need or could afford. I had called Zerorez for the $119 3 room special and should have stuck to the basics.
Everything was good, but our carpets took longer to dry then I expected. AND we paid $100 extra for a spot treatment and I feel maybe it wasn't worth even doing the extra. We have a very high trafficed area and it didn't look that much better when he was done. But the rest of the carpet looked great!
There was no odor or "stickyness" or any soap on the carpet after it was cleaned. My carpets look new again and are already dry after less than 24 hours. The serviceman was extremely polite and very friendly. THe cost was reasonable. I would recommend this service to anyone, in fact I already did - at work today.
It simply works......cleans stains others miss. Courteous and helpful employees who explain
things in simple ways and treat customers with a sense of caring.
After our cleaning service, I went back through my master bedroom and cleaned, with WATER, some spots from a previous spill that I had pointed out. They came right up. After the service man looked at our carpets he recommended a pet cleaning solution, which of course we added, that cost an extra $90 dollars. Zero effect on the stains or smell. There is ZERO difference in the way our carpet looks. The service man was more interested in selling a $1500.00 dollar air purifier. We spent $374 dollars and are not pleased or satisfied with the outcome.

I OWN 15 RENT HOUSES. I HAVE BEEN USING CHEM DRY AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED. WHEN I CALLED FOR YOUR PRICE, I KNEW IT WOULD BE HIGHER BUT I WAS WILLING TO TRY YOUR COMPANY. THE MEN WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT HE TOLD ME $120 FOR REGULAR CLEANING AND $400.00 IF HE TREATED THE SPOTS. I CAN ALMOST PUT NEW CARPET IN FOR THAT AMOUNT AND IN FACT THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO. CHEM DRY DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR TREATING THE STAINS AND DOES A GOOD JOB. I AM SURE YOU GIVE QUALITY WORK BUT I COULD NOT AFFORD YOUR PRICE FOR MY RENTALS. THIS PARTICULAR RENTAL I ONLY GET $495.00 PER MONTH. I GET UP TO $1095.00 ON ONE OF MY HOUSES BUT A QUOTE ON THAT HOUSE ACCORDING TO THE SIZE COMPARED TO THE SMALL DUPLEX WOULD PROBALY HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO A $1000.00. I DO APPRECIATE YOUR TIME HOWEVER.
I had 3 rooms cleaned. In 2 of the rooms you can still see the traffic patterns and in one of the 2 rooms, 2 spots appeared! I need a redo with some cleaner applied and then gone over with the wand.

I was really amazed at how clean my carpet was. I have used other carpet cleaning companies before, but it really felt clean this time, and was actually fluffy. We have had this carpet for 8 years and have a large dog in the house. I am so glad to have really clean carpet again just in time for the hot days of summer when we are cooped up in our home. The professionalism of your representatives was totally awesome. I felt like they new what they were talking about and new how to do their job. I love love love how my carpets came out. My real estate agent told me that I would need new carpet before listing my house and that was an expense I just could not handle. I called Zerorez and after the cleaning, my carpets look new and smell great!!! I am so happy. I have already referred Zerorez, as well as Bo and Seth Hopkins to my boss. He needs his house cleaned so his new baby can crawl around on the floors.
The technician wasn't prepared to clean our air ducts and had to reschedule our appointment at a time that was not convenient for us.
After they cleaned the airducts we had to point out to them the mess the ducts made in our dining area ... unstead of them inspecting to see if there was any cleanup necessary after their work was complete.
I like the eco-friendly product used and the technician was so nice and polite. The end result was just amazing. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet because of the stains and this looks like I have done that. Great results!
My carpets look great. I like it that there are no soaps going into my carpets, which will just help attract dirt.

THE CLEANING PRODUCTS WORK WELL ON OUR AGED CARPET, HOWEVER, I AM NOT EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE $90.00 PET TREATMENT, STAINS CAME UP, BUT THE URINE SMELL REMAINS, AND THE RADIO COMMERCIALS TALK ABOUT PET ODOR TAKEN CARE OF WITH YOUR SPECIAL TREATMENT. I PAID $180.00 FOR 2 ROOMS TO BE TREATED AND THE URINE SMELL HAS COME BACK AFTER 1 WEEK.

Glad to find a carpet cleaning system that is effective, but is not loading my carpet up with soap and other chemicals.
Proffessionalism and knowledge of products.
My expectation was to get my carpets cleaned and what I got was an offer to charge me about 300 extra dollars that I was not expecting. So I called someone else and got the same service he offered for much less. I don't think you can fix it.
