the carpet stains did not go completely & the carpet was not soft after the steam cleaning.
We've used Zerorez for years and we intend to continue doing so. The staff is always so nice and helpful. We love that there is no residue when the cleaning is finished. We would never go to another carpet cleaner. Ever.
I requested a certain technician to be the one to clean my carpets because I knew what a great job he does. Even on Friday when I received the call to confirm the appointment, I verified that he would be here. He was not the technician to arrive at my house. A different technician arrived. I was not called of the change or anything. If I would have been, I would have changed the appointment. This did not make for a happy contented customer.
I thought I needed new carpet...not anymore! It looks amazing! I would recommend ZeroRez to anyone and everyone! The service technician did a great job and was very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Our carpets were still good and wet in some areas and damp in others 24hrs. later.
Tech was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing. He did not rush through the job. I am very satisfied.

Our technician called ahead to say he was just a few minutes away so my wife rushed home. But the technician arrived at least an hour later. My wife then had to leave to pick up our son so the technician rushed to complete the house (total service call time was only 2 hours). Hard to believe a thorough job was done.
Additionally, we were charged $90 for a pet treatment that was recommended but not requested. My wife agreed but again was in a rush.
We would appreciate a discussion with management to see what can be done. At this point, we do not feel we will be repeat customers.

Given the low prices advertised for carpet cleaning, including pet stains, I was very disappointed with the price quoted for cleaning a sofa and love seat, especially considering that the cushions didn't need to be cleaned.

Jeremy was very conscientious to clean my 21 year old "well travelled and beaten down" carpet. He expalined how the fibers frey with the foot traffic over the years. His patience to assure the carpet was as clean as it could get was very appreciated. My carpet was MUCH CLEANER than when I clean the carpet using the rented Rug Doctor. My husband likes Zerorez to clean the carpet so he can sit in the floor to play with our dog without the carpet fluff fouling his sinus. I WILL use Zerorez again! Thank you very much!

No chemicals and the carpet stays cleaner longer. The carpet in my living room is at least 10 years old and has multiple pet stains. It is amazing that they come out at all. Thanks for considerate and professional technicians.
I really like the way the carpets are practically dried even before the technician leaves the house. This is my second time using them and the carpets always look great! I will be using these guys again.

Good service, pleasant people, no hard sales pitch
Soaked my wood floors and left hose scratches on most of my entry ways ! Seemed like a kid that did not care. Told him I would not write a favorable review and I won't. I mopped his mess and repainted my corners. My home is only 2 years old and was looking to to business with you... Not anymore.
I was quoted approximately $225-250 online. When the technician arrived, he quoted me $640 for a carpet that was in pretty good shape. His comments were if we went with the regular treatment of the rugs then my rugs would smell. Given the final quote, I had no option but to tell him that I was no longer interested. I contacted the office manager and got no real response from him either. I am not impressed.
We very much like the "green" element in your service. Not needing to use mega chemicals is very appealing. The technicians on both visits to our house have been friendly and worked very hard.
