We found our estimate to be too high to pursue. Carpet cleaning seemed somewhat reasonable, but carpet stretching and tile cleaning was enormously beyond our expectations for the estimated amount of work.
My carpet cleaned far better than ever before and the service tech was extremely hard working and friendly. Great job!!

you advertise how good the product is yet you can not get out some dog pee without a very exspensive pre treatment you should tell us what you cant clean before we book the appointment your quote was 245.00 turned into 900.00 than 500.00 and we had another company come and do a great job for 295.00

Nick Gibson was one of the best technicians I've ever worked with. He initially asked what my concerns were, provided a few options and then completed the work in our home exactly as discussed. He was polite, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to provide a thorough cleaning of seven rooms and four chairs. I will definitely recommend zerorez to my family and friends!

Your people are professional and do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. Unfortunately, this is the second time your truck has leaked motor oil, transmission fluid and another substance on my driveway. the first time I was able to clean it. This time, my driveway is stained which makes me less than happy.
