I was very pleased to see that spots and stains were removed. Technicians very considerate. Just not completely satisfied that the arrival time was not within the window quoted.
Ricky, our technician, was very friendly and talkative. We felt comfortable having him in our home and are very pleased with the outcome of our carpet. Even though we have plain old apartment carpet he made it look like new! I strongly recommend Zerorez.

Because I had the carpet treated with your special scotch guarding solution on a previous visit, the stains and spots cam up with ease. I was worried since I had just had some construction work completed in the house and there were a lot of spots.
