Super strength of equipment, well trained and mannered service people.
I have used Zerorez about a half dozen times since I bought my house. I like how clean the carpet feels without a residue, I like how fast it drys after you are finish and for the most part your employees are superb! I have had only 2 employees that I will not have back in my house but the last one who did my carpet was excellent and made up for the problems I had with the last 2 before him. Thank you.
For one thing, your represtative was so prompt! Also, my old carpets didn't get as clean as I would have hoped, but it was remarkable what it did clean.
I like that the products are "green" and the service was great!

However, I thought I read that the technician would offer to clean tiles in a room, for free, to demonstrate an additional service you offer. I forgot to ask when he came.

In my experiances with Zerorez i feel that the job gets done right, and the techs have always been weal versed in their work. They have no problem helping someone understand recommendations they may make, If any, and leave it up to the customer to make an educated decision. I really appreciate the helpful, no sales pressure, approach.

Customer communication needs improvement. When carpet appearance cannot be improved by cleaning, technician should clearly explain before treatment. Technicians should listen more closely to customer issues.
You were going to up charge the initial price so much, I had to tell the service man to go without cleaning my carpets. The price should not TRIPLE to get what you thought you would get when the appointment was made. Yours did.
My total visit is not complete yet, but so far it is great.
They arrived on time, actually early, and did a great job in less time than others I have used.

GREAT SERVICE REPS.CARPET LOOKED GREAT, BUT HAD A FEW SCRAPES AND SMUDGES ON WALLS FROM EQUIPMENT
The technicians were very friendly and helpful. However, they did have to make a return trip because the carpet by my back door was not cleaned sufficiently the first time. We are happy now with the final job they did.
I truly like the representative who visited our home. He was very intelligent, professional and enthusiastic about his career. He didn't just handle it like a job, my husband and I could tell it was more than just a job for him: I believe his name badge displayed Tyree (sorry if I didn't spell it correctly). He explained that the product was water but filtered above the grade we would expect with special chemicals; he even introduced the filter which we will invest in especially since we can wash and replace those. We need two. He discussed how we can eliminate the dust which causes me to have frequent asthma attacks. Through his demonstration we have our appointment set for a future date. As a matter of fact I posted one of your companies card at on my company's notice board in the break-room. I work with the State so you should get a lot of business after my job is completed and I tell my co-workers.
