The carpet stains did not come out. One area of the carpet even seems to be dirtier than it was before you "cleaned" it.

This is the 2nd feedback I've been asked to complete and no one has bothered to address my first issues with Zerorez. Weeks ago your representative took an area rug and told us it would be cleaned, repaired and returned in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, we had to call and it took another 2 weeks to get our rug back. I'm very disappointed in Zerorez, in their initial performance (carpet cleaning, price quoting and final charging) and lack of follow up.

Non toxic and friendly service!
The technician really understood what he was doing and had a lot of information. In addition, I appreciate that our carpets would not be "brand new." He explained that he could make our carpets look stain free, but in actuality, they would not. Although the carpets do look great, he did a great job level level setting our expectations. Great employee - we want him to come back in the future.

Our carpet is so clean. The products left everything smelling great. It has been 10 days now and there is nothing coming back through, leaving spots, like I have had happen with other companies. I am very satisfied and will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to friends.

This visit, unlike the one from 2 years ago, left us with clean carpets. The technician, Joe, was exemplary and conducted himself extremely well. He took his time and made sure everything was satisfactory before departing.
I had my tile/grout cleaned & the grout sealed.It wasn't until after the sealant was sprayed that we were told not to walk on it until it was dry-at least 2 hours. My tile is not "level" in all places so the sealant pooled in areas. Now I have footprints from where the technician walked out of the house & places where the sealant pooled & then dried. Basically I had to get on my hands & knees to try to scrub the sealant off the tile because it looked horrible to see all the marks. Also the sealant was oversprayed onto some of my furniture. The tech also said he had something to put under the feet of the furniture to keep it from getting wet, but he didn't use it. So I also had to clean the "wood stains" from the furniture off of my tile. We won't even go into the lack of attention to everythin except the cushions on the sofa. It cost a fortune. Sorry. Can't recommend you for tile or upholstery cleaning.
THE PRODUCTS THAT WERE USED WERE VERY EFFECTIVE IN CLEANING MY CARPET. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT,TECHNICIAN CALLED SHORTLY BEFORE ARRIVAL AND WAS ON TIME. ZEROX WAS REFERRED TO ME BY MY SON AND i WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND ZEROX TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
Zerorez works great everytime. They were able to get out a fruit syrup stain, that had been a whole bottle poured out on the carpet by our toddler. We couldn't believe it. We love Zerorez. In our mind they are THE one and only carpet cleaning cleaner for our home!

No residue, no harsh chemicals. The technician was a gem and I was very pleased with the whole process. I hadn't had my carpets professionally cleaned since I moved in 4 years ago. I wasn't very hopeful that they were worth saving but they look wonderful.
