I was extreamly satisfied with the service I received.Paul (your service tech) was prompt,efficient,and very polite!I have already refered yor services to several friends and family member's. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I will use in the future!Sincerly...Name removed.........

What could we do to improve?

The quality of your cleaning is unsurpassed. However, it is much more expensive. I would use your service all the time if it were more affordable. As it is, I use it about 1 of every 5 times.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

They were late getting here. I was told that the carpet would not be "crunchy" after cleaning and it is. I was talked into buying the pet treatment, and none of the pet stains are gone. I was NOT told that I was purchasing a non guaranteed pet treatment. I also don't understand why the pet treatment costs so much when it is just something they spray on the carpet before cleaning. Seems to me, that it should come included with the cleaning when you are paying $250 for the cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals, the carpet is not soaked and it's a pretty quick process. The technitions that I have delt with have been professional, intellegent and courtious.

I like the fact that the carpet is sanitized. Also, spots on the carpet caused by spills and pets were completely cleaned and did not re-appear after a few days.

Very professional and did a great job. The carpet looks and feels so clean. Not like when
the others put soap and it causes the carpet to get dirty quicker.
Glad they suggested about cleaning the couch. It didn't look dirty at all, but it was so dusty. So now it is clean like the carpet.

The technician did a great job. He spent twice as much time working on the carpet as any other traditional service ever did. So far, I have not had the usual reappearance of the high traffic areas. This is the best my carpet has ever looked since it was new. Thanks

I was amazed that the technician was able to get a red cool-aid stain out of our off-white carpet. It didn't come out initially and he asked to borrow an iron. I have no idea what process that was but it definitely worked. Nice job!

What could we do to improve?

do a better job along the edges and in the corners. Our house was empty when you cleaned it and it ws the only time we will have easy access to get at the edges and corners. Some of them still have visible clods of dust and dirt in them. You still do the best job of any carpet cleaner I have ever tried. But you are also the most expensive so it means my expectations are higher.

Where to begin! From the minute a real customer Service person answers the phone to the time the truck leaves your house, it is an awesome experience. I've used Zerorez many times and this company is A-1! I have an old carpet and a husband in a motorized scooter. You can't get much harder on a carpet that that! They removed dirt that I didn't expect they could remove! The service men were super courteous and did exactly what I asked them to do and more! I would recommend Zerorez (and Have) to anyone with carpet...or furniture. I have had them clean my couch and armchairs and if fabric could sparkle, they would have! Before I heard of them from Jodie Dean, I had used other companies and was NEVER satisfied with the results. Now I am a MOST satisfied customer! Thank you Zerorez...I'll be back!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Weel, we had two spots in the livingroom the gentlemen worked on. When he was done, they looked much better, although not completely gone. but we felt it was good enough to sale the house. The next day they came back and are very visisble. We would like to have someone work on them again, if possible. One is a cofffe/cream stain that you should be able to to get out. The other was jsut dirt from people tracking in. It seems like you should be able to get htem out. Neither was organic stain from a pet.

What do you like about our products and services?

The quality of the work was superior. However, I would recommend that the client have their room measured prior to the service to avoid surprises. Also, make sure the person performing the service comes when appointment is scheduled or communicate well in advance so that the client can make a decision on whether they need to reschedule.
