That was the first time I clean my carpet and I'm not sure if it allways stays wet when they finish the work. I turn on my fans to dry the carpet and it took a while. I don't know if that will affect my allergies.
I am an have been very satisfied. There were some (3 or 4) localized areas (2-3 feet in diameter) that did not dry as fast as the rest of the carpet. The carpet around them dried uniformly. I think these areas had more moisture.
I knew there would be an extra fee for pet stain removal but was quite surprised at how high it was. Also I was given at time between 2-5 and got a phone call around 4:55 which seemed on the very outside end of the time frame.
Nice technican, timely service, and quality work.
None of the furniture was moved and a big spot in a bedroom wasn't touched because a chair was near it. That bedroom needs recleaning.

my most soiled areas were pointed out to the technician to which he responded that they should come up - but there was no special attention paid to them and they did not come clean

Prompt, courteous service. Great technican (D.C.) who worked quickly and professionally to clean our carpets. We were very impressed with how clean our carpets looked.
The carpets looked great, the tech was propfesssional but as I spoke with the one of the owners and employees about my issue I was dissappointed in the attitude of some. I called to inform the company I chose ZeroRez because it was a green company and did not anticipate the outcome of the chemicals they use. As a person with COPD I has immense issues breathing after the cleaning which lasted for 2.5 days. I called the company and they said open your doors and windows or leave the house. I asked for the name of the chemical so I could tell my doctor if needed and got we don't use them, wrong. On Monday I called and spoke with one of the owners I believe Robert is his name and at first I thought he was genuine when I suggested they let people know if they had breathing problems in advance of this issue so they could plan ahead. Not long into our conversation we "supposedly" started having phone issues and it ended up with him sorry for the experience while laughing, which really irritated me. One of the employees I believe Scott called me later in the day Monday to see if I was ok as he said he had a family member with COPD so he understood. The tech knew I had issues as I not only told him but had oxygen on while he was there. I don't know if it was the carpet cleaning chemicals( which I investigated) or the up sell for dog treatment that is the issue but not one mention there could be a reaction for those with respiratory issues.... either way I doubt I will be using the company in the future because of the attitude of some.
Mike did a fantastic job; my carpet looks brand new, and it is at least 9 years old!! I would definitely use Zerorez in the future - and would recommend your company with no reservations!! Thanks..........
The carpet was beautiful after the cleaning and the service was very helpful, informative, friendly and most professional.
Our carpet is pretty old, so I know the technician couldn't work miracles. However, I feel like he could've set some expectations for us that he wouldn't be able to get it as clean as we might have liked.
Mike was not just on time but early for our appointment. He was friendly and excellent at getting our carpet very clean. Super job! We will be sure to call again!
My mothers carpet was purchased about 35 years ago. They don't make carpe like this one anymore. Sears at the time had a special. The grand kids,(now 35plus) would get in trouble writing their names in the heavy plush carpet...It is now nearly like new...after 35 years. The tech went over board in such a nice job. I am getting Moms house ready to sell. She passed in Sept. 2010. I wish she could of seen what Zerorez did for her house. It should sell fast. Thank-you Zerorez.......
this is the second time, and while the initial estimates are fine, there's the constant push to add more to the point that in each case the final cost was over 4 times what was estimated and budgeted for.
Representative was very knowledgable and friendly, not to mention he did an awesome job on our carpet.
Everything looked very clean with no chemical residue to attract more dirt.
carpet is soft, smells cleans and is clean. technicians were on time, professional, friendly. Unlike others they actually listened to my carpet issues and recommended solutions and add-on products.
The carpet is clean. I ordered your service with very high expectations and you met them. All stains have been removed and the carpet looks fresh and new. The technician was very professional and courteous. You folks are doing things right!
It was my understanding that we were to have 3 rooms cleaned for the price quoted. Only two were cleaned. The carpets did not come as clean as anticipated - several spots that we had hand-cleaned prior to your cleaning were still visibly cleaner than the surrounding carpet. They were done in less than an hour - sounds good, but I don't think enough time was spent making sure the carpet was clean. I understand speed is important to the cleaners, but my priority was clean carpet.
This was my first time to use Zerorez. The men were very professional & went far beyond to explain the process. My carpet looks brand new as it is over 5 years old. I had some spots that kept resurfacing for several years & they guaranteed that would not happen again - for that I am very pleased. I would defintely recommend Zerorez to my friends.

I never imagined my carpets could look like new. Mike was able to get paint spots up in one of the rooms and did a fantastic job with some other tough stains. The service was friendly and effecient. My parents were so impressed they booked an appointment for the same week.

There are still some areas that do not look clean. The last time I used your company the technician really seemed to work hard on my high traffic areas. My carpet had looked great and stayed clean looking for a long time. The guys that came this visit were very nice but I feel they were somewhat in a hurry since it was their last appoinent of the day. Also I think the one that actually cleaned the carpet was being trained. When I questioned about the high traffic areas I was told there wasn't anything to be done. They never treated those areas or work very hard on them. it has been 4 days and my carpet has spots that don't look any better.
I feel the price charged was too high for the size of home that I live in. But, want to say that the person who did the carpet cleaning did a good job.
