They are clean and green. It left my house smelling fresh and clean. Paul did a great job although he was unable to get out some pet urine in the master bedroom. I thought it might lighten it up but it remains dark and stained. All the other spots appear to be gone or lighter in color. Overall a good experience!

Zeroez has always delivered what they said would do and their technicians are always courteous and explain what they are doing.

He only cleaned two of the four rooms that I wanted cleaned even though he said he cleaned three. Of the two rooms that he did clean, he told me that he could get the grease stains out and he did not. He wanted to charge me over $600 to clean four rooms due to the pet stains. I obviously said no, don't treat the pet stains just clean the carpet and he wouldn't clean them so I had to do the other two rooms myself. I would either take the money back for the third room that he said that he cleaned or get somebody to come out and clean the carpets that he didn't clean. I am having a baby shower on May 7 and wanted the carpet to be clean. My cleaner does an okay job but obviously not as good as a truck mount.

Re-newed our older carpet and took care of pet stains.

He did a great job and was very professional.

I was a little disappointed in the approach with regard to the scotch guard treatment - asking me to have it done after the cleaning of the carpets was complete. In hindsight, the $150 I paid for that treatment seems high. I would have preferred to have had this offered to me when I scheduled the cleaning and to have been told at that time what the cost was. Had I declined it at that time and then been offered it again on the date of the cleaning, that would have made sense.

Tech came in telling me that my living room was too big and he would have to charge me additional and there were spots that he might not be able to get them out. I told him that Zerorez had been out 3 times previously and had not charged me extra and had always been able to get out the normal dirt and stains. He had a very bad attitude and do not want him back in my house if I should decide to use Zerorez again in the future. (Darrell Walters, Tech)

Your Tech (Joe) was wonderful & it only took an hour to do the carpets - he even got OLD chocolate milk out of the carpet.

It removed a stain that other carpet cleaners only half way got out.
