Everything was clean and fluffy. We have three dogs, 1,2 & 14 years old, so we were very eager to have help with the carpets. We also had the vents cleaned which has already helped with my Mom's COPD. The Tech was unable to clean the stone on the front entryway as well as he would have liked, so there was no charge. I like that chemicals are not used and it's amazing that altering water molecules and the ph gets the cleaning done! My carpet and tile grout looks brand new! I feel like I got new carpet and tile installed that it looks that great! The service men are very knowledgeable and did a great job!
No chemicals in water; therefore, no sticky residue.
You sent one person to do 9 rooms, including one oversized room, 2 hallways, and stairs. one room was heavily soiled so he pulled up the carpet and pad, and cleaned the concrete. He was here for over 8 hours. Your employee called for help around hour 2 when he was still working on the one room.

I have recommended services to others and will continue to use and recommend zerorez.

First, your customer service is excellent. Second, my carpets are cleaner than with any other company I have used.
Even my dogs knew the difference, normally they hate the carpet after it is clean and it makes them itchy.

Our technician was Anthony and he was very nice and helpful. He explained a lot about the products he was using and why.

All of my stains were removed! My tech, Brad, was marvelous. He was so knowledgeable about treating the stains and so very courteous. I've recommended Zerorez to my friends and can't imagine using any other carpet cleaning service!

We very much like the "green" element in your service. Not needing to use mega chemicals is very appealing. The technicians on both visits to our house have been friendly and worked very hard.

We've used Zerorez for years and we intend to continue doing so. The staff is always so nice and helpful. We love that there is no residue when the cleaning is finished. We would never go to another carpet cleaner. Ever.
I requested a certain technician to be the one to clean my carpets because I knew what a great job he does. Even on Friday when I received the call to confirm the appointment, I verified that he would be here. He was not the technician to arrive at my house. A different technician arrived. I was not called of the change or anything. If I would have been, I would have changed the appointment. This did not make for a happy contented customer.
The traffic areas didnt come out as clean as they did before. Also the carpet seemed wetter this time around after being cleaned. Other than that it was fine.
