The most amazing cleaning process I have ever seen, and Brad was an absolute professional. I'll always use Zerorez.
On time, friendly, asked questions, explained process, did a great job. I also had the air ducts cleaned. Rob had to do it from the attic and it had to have been 120 degrees up there. He did it with a smile.

Give more accurate estimates online. We were shocked when our bill was $130.00 MORE than the online estimate which was completed accurately!

I was disappointed on two counts. One, when you all advertise, that you have a special going on for $99.00 that includes three rooms, no one tells us that it depends on the size. On the flip side, if you all do charge extra for a bigger room, than do you also reduce the rate for the smaller ones?
Secondly, our carpet was clean to begin with and we had just a few stains and i can still see them. Yesterday, when the carpet was wet, we could not tell but today it looks the same as though no one had even come in to clean it.
The technicians were really good, do not have a complaint there but not happy with the result nor the price.
