Thought everyone was very professional and knowledgeble from the telephone sales (customer service) to technicians. Terrell did an excellent job explaining in detail everything...I had lots of questions! The carpet and tile floor look almost brand new! Thanks!
Your serviceman was courteous and worked late with no complaints. Your company is very professional and I would use you again.

You obviously do not pay attention to your customer email responses so why bother. Your operations-dispatch-customer service suck. The young man that actually completed the work was fine, but unfortuneately he was set up for failure by your previous poor service.
Heavy-duty equipment reflecting state-of-the-art technology - Polite and knowledgeable technicians -
Professional and friendly represenative. Like that there is no chemical smell when done.
No chemicals were used and service man was very efficient, professional and courteous. Zero Rez was recommended by my Real Estate agent. Even though I didn't purchase the carpet protectant, I appreciated the offer (I did not feel pressured to purchase the product).
Tony was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to Zerorez.
Carpets looks very clean. Our technician, Nick Gibson, was very professional and courteous, and he made the carpet cleaning experience a positive one.
I think your quality of work was fine...and your technician was nice and worked really hard to please me....BUT!!!!! I had NO CLUE how expensive your "pet treatment" was...your salesman on the phone gave me no indication that it was expensive...(I unfortunately did not write down his name and can't remember it) I seriously thought it would probably be around 100 to 120 for all 4 areas...especially with the amount of the coupon...$30...my rooms are small...in 3 of them it was a small walkway that was pet affected...truly rediculous price per room...I trully was shocked and appalled at the price and truly felt like I had a "bait and switch"done to me...but I had worked SO hard to remove every bit of movable furniture and vaccuum thoroughly, that Not getting it done at that time was not an option either...I had literally moved everything except a piano...and the beds...and 2 chairs...I was in tears...thankfully your technician felt pity on me and did some negotiating...but I was still very upset with the price of it all and then the extra charge for "protection" Obviously your sales people know these prices....they need to be upfront...
The carpet cleaning was excellent. The technician was very knowlegable and told me things to do and not to do to extend the life of my carpet. I am not in the habbit of using a proffessional carpet cleaning service, and the charges to treat for pet stains was much higher than I expected.
Everything!!!
The people at Zerorez are very professional. The technician was very knowlegable and gave me some good advice about how to take care of my very old carpet. I have recommended this company to many many people.
I was acting on a recommendation from a family member who had heard your advertising on KLUV and said that you guaranteed removal of pet stains and that the carpet would dry quickly. She said that the advertisment said, "You can walk on it in 30 minutes." None of this turned out to be true. Also, I did not understand when I made the appointment that there would be a $90 fee for treatment of pet stains per area. I understood that that fee was a one time thing. Therefore, I did not have all the areas that need to be treated, treated. Actually, I found your pricing etc. to be no better than anyone else I have used. In fact, based on the advertising, I felt mislead.
On time, thorough job.
Carpet looks and fells new.
tech was very polite and knowledgeable. what impressed me the most was the fact that his service truck had a transmission lead and he was thoughtful enough to place a pan under the truck so that there was not a puddle of oil left in the street. the carpets came out beautiful and dried quickly, which meant we did not have to sit in one place all night. this is the first time we used your firm, but it won't be the last.
I had placed the order which was to be somewhere around $230. with my fiance to be at the house while the cleaning was done. When I got home, the bill was over $800. The service tech talked to my fiance about changes but did not clear it with me and I would not have bought the air filters ($150)that he sold her or probably spent over $300 for an area rug to be taken and cleaned (which has still not been returned). In addition, Zerorez had to come out again as the initial tech did not get all the animal odor out as they missed a complete area that the second tech had to clean. We're also still waiting on the free gift from the jeweler that was promised by mentioning we heard the ad on KLUV.
I liked the technicians. They went above and beyond
The carpet cleaning was ok, not as great as I expected, from the commercials. I was very disspointed when your special was for 3 rooms for 119. and I was told by your technician that my living room was considered 2 rooms. Really? my house is not that big and my living room is very normal size. So I had to just get that room and my hall or would have been over 200.00, I was shocked! So I would definitely let my friends know what to expect!
Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, fast! Terry was excellent to work with. He was straight with us, as he advised us on service options.
Technician was very thorough and diligent in his performance. I felt like he cleaned my carpets like he was cleaning his mom's carpet!
No call no show on first appointment. 2nd appointment went great. DC did a great job.
My 15 year old carpet looks like new!
Did ok , our carpet just had stains and marks of ware and tear that nothing could be done to help . Guess we just waited too long to call Zerorez
Lower prices for single stain removal.
The upcharges for stain treatment are out of line. I paid the price for pet treatment on my first property and felt I had been ripped off. At the second property I refused additional treatments and the tech made little attempt to get the stains out or offer other solutions. I was so disappointed I didn't even tip the tech. It appeared to me that there are standard prices for the different stain treatments - Zerorez should be upfront on the website - I'd it costs $90 extra dollars per room for pet treatment, post your pricing!
I paid over $850 to clean the carpets in a 2000 square ft house...I could buy a Rug Doctor for less than that! Very disappointed in the business practices of Zerorez.
I was extremely happy at first at the personality and politeness of the technicians, but after looking over the house after the carpet was dry enough to walk on, I noticed at least five areas of my walls, both the corners as well as the main wall, hit and or scraped by the hose or handle of the cleaner. Maybe if they were more interested in cleaning my house instead of trying to sell me everything from a air condition filter to a HPA air cleaner these mishaps may not have happened. I do know that these things sometimes happen, but its the not "coming clean" no pun intended, that I find un-professional. And my honest feeling is, is that they know of these areas... They main area was the corner of the stairs that they spent some time on, with paint chips clearly on the floor..
I took pictures of these area but have no why of sending them....
No chemicals
The misrepresentation of pricing from what is advertised to what is reality. When I set this appointment up on the phone they didn't say, "oh, and a room can only be 200 square feet, 1 foot over and it is another room cost. To me a room is a room and that is what I expected. And yes you did send an email but I had not had the chance to read it so imagine my suprise when I found out my room was not a room.

Dry-time on carpet took over 11 hours, was told 2-4 hour dry-time.
