Good service, nice people, wish a couple of spots could have gotten cleaner.
The tile cleaning left a sticky residue. Someone couldn't come out and clean it
so it was agreed that $100. would be deducted from bill. That was a week ago and
I still haven't seen a credit posted to my account.
I was very happy with the carpet cleaning, and would recommend Zerorez to my friends for that service.
However, I was also very unhappy with the scheduled air duct cleaning. I had scheduled an appointment to have that done, and it was my understanding that your company would clean out 10 vents for $247.00 plus $8 fuel cost. However, the gentleman who came to do that told me that it was not necessary, the ducts weren't that dirty, even though I have never had the ducts cleaned since the 20+ years I have owned my home. Your employee only cleaned the one main vent, and charged me $100 for that. I felt that all the ducts needed to be cleaned, and your employee did not seem to care about my opinion. I have done the research with other companies, and have talked to friends who have used other companies to clean out the air ducts. My friends, who have owned their home as long as I have, have had dirt, dust, mice, insects and other dirt/critters cleaned out from the air ducts, and that is what I wanted. I don't care for the way your employee treated me, as if I don't know anything about my own home. I am very dissatisfied with that service, and I will not be recommending Zerorez to anyone for that.
Additionally, I would suggest that you instruct your employees to refrain from making political or other personal statements while in a home. I was watching a special program regarding President Reagan, and your employee kept calling him a "liar." I was offended, and did not appreciate it.

No chemical odor. Got out stains that I was worried would not come out. Carpets look and smell fresh. Already recommended to a friend. Technician was excellent.

I was not at home when the services were performed, my husband was. He did state they worked very efficiently, was in and out within 1 12 hrs. and the roomed looked very good. Only 2 spots were not removed from the carpet.

I have always been satisfied with zerorez and was not disappointed this time either however, I had one room of carpet and added 2 small bathrooms with tile for steam cleaning...it was not made clear to me that I would pay for a predetermined square footage of tile regardless, had I understood this I would have maximized and added another room for steam cleaning...
I was quoted a price over the phone and was charged an additional $75.00. I went over the price with a girl at your office twice to be sure I knew exactly what I would be paying. The extra charge put me in a very bad position as I was on a very tight budget because of my move into my new home. I was also told I would receive a $100 jewelry gift certificate which I did not receive. I was disappointed because zerorez did not do what they said they would.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW THE CARPET CAME OUT OOKING I WOULD LIKE IT DONE OVER. THE YOUNG MAN WAS 1 1/2 HOURS LATE & ALL HE COULD SAY WAS HE COULD NOT PROMISE ANYTHING. THE 199.00 SPECIAL COST OVER 300.00 - I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR GOOD WORK. I ALSO WANTED TO GET A PRICE TO HAVE MY TILE CLEANED ANOTHER TIME - HE SAID IT WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA. I GUESS I WILL CALL STANLEY STEAMER FOR THE TILE.

My rug had to be re-treated at your office and was not back as promised and thus it was not in my home when I had my social gathering. Your product is good but too expensive to use regularly. It would be great if you could offer a reasonably priced maintenance program.
I like your chemical-free process. Technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I received a message that my window for arrival was 1:30-4. When I called to check status, I was told that window was wrong and the window was 2-5 which I then had to make alternate arrangements for childcare. Then, the rep did not show up until 6:30. This was way out of line from the original time given to me. Also, I don't understand why I was given a different window than what was in the computer according to the dispatcher I spoke to.

I was very impressed with Mike Laga, who cleaned a couch and oversized chair for me this week. I had previously gotten a quote from another company recommended by my furniture's manufacturer, and was incredibly underwhelmed by what they offered. I should have known better to even consider anyone other than Zerorez. When Mike showed up, he listened to my problem, read the instructions on what cleaning process was needed for my furniture, took some thread samples to determine the fiber composition, and used a blacklight to determine where the stains were (pet urine). He then explained the cleaning process to me, checked to see if any of my family had chemical sensitivities, and took the most affected cushions/covers back to the warehouse to be put through a further cleaning/sanitizing process. And to top it off, he gave my living room carpet a quick cleaning at no charge when he was through with the furniture, which was a shockingly pleasant surprise, as my toddler son and dog give it a workout. We are very pleased with the results thus far, and look forward to getting our remaining cushions and covers back next week. Thanks again for your outstanding service!
I was disappointed in that your cleaning advertised to get out stains(wine)other carpet
cleaning doesn't but there where a couple of stains on the floors from some juice or
kool-aid from the kid's drinks that did not come up. I realize your service men
are not there to win a popularity contest but your service man was not very friendly
and hardly smiled.
Carpets are almost like new!
Was scheduled between 1:30 and 4:00 p.m. Tech didn't show until after 5:30 p.m. We had plans for the evening and had to cancel them.
The carpet feels brand new and the air in the house smells cleaner. Less allergy problems.

My $139 service turned into over $300, which was all fine, but I was disappointed that the pet urine stains and other stains didn't come out, even after paying an extra amount. The service techs (Anthony and his partner) were nice and seemed to work hard. This is my first time trying Zerorez and I may have too high of expectations from your radio advertising.
If the team doesn't arrive at the scheduled window period, it is better call the customer about the time they will get there.

I paid $90 extra in 5 rooms for pet urine and i don't believe it worked. I would not do it again. A couple of squirts on the carpet is not worth $90 a room. Rooms still stink. Other than that the young man that worked the carpet did a great job and the carpet looks fine.
