Your carpet cleaning service was quick and efficient, and the tech who cleaned the carpets was friendly and helpful.
You advertise superior carpet cleaning at a resonable price. However, to get carpets really clean, your prices are not a value. I saw nothing better than Stanley Steamer and they did more rooms for half your price. After the advertising hype, I expected something quite superior. I am dissappointed.

The drying times you advertise is not quite accurate. I'm sure it depends on when the work is scheduled. I made it a point to have it early in the day. I had to use the assistance of fans to make sure the carpet was dry to the touch before bedtime.

The carpets looked new and there was no odor of chemicals. The carpet was not sopping wet and we were able to use them shortly after our technician left. Anthony, the technician actually did some extra treatement for us at no extra charge and we were kept in the loop as to what time he would arrive. Everything was handled exactly as scheduled. I could not be happier. This is my 4th time to use Zerorez and I will continue to use them.

The tech was on time and very courteous. The equipment used was obviously top-of-the-line.
Seems to be a very thorough job. My only concern is that over the next few days and weeks some of the spots may come back. This has happened in the past with other carpet cleaners. So far, I am very well pleased.
The rep was very very nice and I totally trusted him in my house. My comments are no reflection on him. I think very highly of him. However, I was disappointed in the outcome of my hallway. There were a number of pet stains and I had hoped this would be the main area of concentration. Instead the bulk of time was spent on a mystery spot in my livingroom. I say mystery spot because there is no stain noticable on top of the carpet until cleaning. There evidently is a lot of some mystery substance that has collected in the pad that comes to the surface? This is not an area where animals go, and the carpet has been cleaned numerous times over the years. We may never figure what the source of the surfacing mystery stain is, only that it surfaced after the last time the carpet was cleaned, Beau and Brad came out for a reclean and they both spent a lot of time on it. Since the area appeared clean, I thought it was a done deal. Then this time it evidently resurfaced during cleaning and Brad spent an incredible amount of time on it. I believe he surely got all of whatever it is this time around.
I thought it was gone the last time around after all the work Beau and Brad put into it and it was not apparent on the surface. And frankly, since it remained beneath the surface until cleaning I would have been happy to just leave it there and concentrate on getting the hall pet stains clean. On my budget, over 200 dollars for a small portion of the house, with less than satisfactory results in the hallway, is a lot of money. I think I will be saving my money for a spot cleaner then new flooring.
Again, I want to point out that I was very satisfied with the tech, Brad, and he spent a lot of time on the one big mystery spot in the living room, so this is absolutely no reflection on him. He was here a very long time. I had just hoped for better results in the hallway where the pets have gone and was disappointed, because this is the main area/reason I wanted the carpet cleaned and if I had known ahead of time that the mystery spot would resurface, I would have said to just leave that area alone and concentrate on the hallway. But who knew? Anyway, like I said, I 235 dollars is a lot of money for me, so I guess I will invest in a spot cleaner until I can afford new carpet.

I liked being told why my stains were returning and I appreicated the information on pet urine. I feel my carpets are extremely clean and safe. I won't be having anymore problems with pet urine.
When I called to reschedule my appointment, I told the lady that we had a cat that urinated on our carpet. My husband and I moved a lot of furniture to be prepared for the cleaning.
When the technicians came out, they informed us that there was nothing they could do to permanently eliminate the cat urine odor. They could "flash" process it (costing $55.00 a gallon and needing 7-8 gallons, which he said they didn't have with them), but there was no guarantee the odor would not return. We would have to pull the carpet and padding back (or remove the carpet) and put Kilz on the concrete and wall to permanently get rid of the odor.
The problem: I wish the lady that took my call would have informed me that there was nothing your company could do eliminate the odor.

The quality of the cleaning work was outstanding. We had serious stains that came right up, after we had tried other cleaning methods. The technician was also very friendly and helpful.
My carpets look fabulous after you have cleaned them. You get stains out that I thought were permanent. This past time I had granite sealed and airducts cleaned and I was very pleased.
