Friendly, professional technician. Prompt timely service. Explained how the air duct cleaning service was performed and showed us video of both our units. Recommended additional cleaning of blower upon inspection of unit.

Your tech kept insisting that the spots on my rug where my cats threw up were urine. My cats don’t throw up urine.
I wasn't there to ask for the carpets to be gone over again. They were very stiff, although not old. Husband didn't know to ask, but the representative should have known better. Last time they were a little stiff & the representative went over a second time which removed the stiffness.
Very courteous and informative all the way from setting appointment to price to completion of cleaning. Tech was extremely respectful.
