The tech you sent out was respectful and did an excellent job on the carpets
I was Impressed with the person sent to clean my carpet. He was personable and appered to know what he was doing. Given the state and age of my carpet he was able to do an excellent job. We plan on scheduling another visit next month to give the carpet another cleaning.

I have been using zerorez for over 5 years. Never have a bad experience. John did not disappoint. He called and was right on time. Window was 2-5. He finished before 5. Got here a little after 3. My 3 rooms and stairs look great. He was polite and friendly and took the time to explain all he was doing. Got rid of an ugly stain that I did not think would come out. Will have another cleaning in few weeks for upstairs area.
He worked hard and was careful to protect walls and furniture.
Fred was the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. He did not rush the job, and my carpets have never looked better.

Zerorez was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning my entire upstairs and hall closet to get my home ready for sale. I was asked to inspect after a few rooms were done to make sure it was to my satisfaction before moving to the next area. It looked amazing when it was all complete!
