TImely manner, young man was very courteous and professional. Answered any questions. I do feel the price was high for the rugs and moving some of the furniture for you to be able to clean more area was very hard on me physically.

I thought I was having 4 rooms cleaned for $109 and the sales guy kept pressuring me into spending more. Saying it was still going to smell if I didn't add all theses extra things and it added cost to every room. He was a fast talker and pushy and I didn't like it.

Fast process with simple products used

The carpet looks clean, but I wish the solution used would have left a nice scent. Once dry, the carpet didn't have a scent to it to that would have shown that it had been thoroughly cleaned.

Way too expensive and refusal to discount. Not worth the expense.

We unfortunately had to have someone come back to our home and completely do our tile and grout cleaning over. I do want to say, I would give your company a 10 and refer your company to many friends but ONLY if they ask for your tech Alberto. He came in and made your company shine!! Technician was very good. Pricing is deceiving. Sure a quickie is cheap but get any services and the invoice adds up FAST!

The Technician was on time, friendly and courteous. He asked questions to make sure he understood my concerns. He was in and out within a reasonable amount of and still did a very thorough job. My carpet look great!

I was extremely disappointed during the cleaning, the bright yellow mango puke stain didn’t come out. It didn’t lighten, I had already cleaned it so them cleaning it didn’t make it more sanitary. I was so incredibly sad that our new carpet was ruined. The tech told me he was going to put something on the stain that would make it go away in 72 hours. I didn’t think for a second it would work. But it did!!!! I’m so happy I was wrong and that it worked! I’m so happy with my new carpet now!!!

Cleaning is done fast and thorough. There is no smell of chemicals and it dries up fast in 4-6 hours.

The technician did not evaluate the area rug before cleaning it. I had picked the synthetic option for regular cleaning, not knowing what else to pick and believing that the final amount would be determined on site after the technician examined the rug, as it stated on their web page. Their web site only has synthetic, wool, and premium as options, with no explanation as to what premium is. The technician did not examine the rug, did not look for any labeling as to what the run was made of, nor ask me if I knew. He just cleaned it with the high alkalinity (high ph) formula that Zerorez typically uses.

The rug, in the most soiled area, was very wet when he finished because he went at it harder. The rest of the rug was just barely damp. We ran fans all day and night to get it dry - which is way too long. The next day that area of the rug looked worse than before he cleaned it. I examined the rug and found a label on the bottom that is was 20% cotton / 80% viscos. After researching that, I found that cotton and viscos are prone to cellulosic browning when cleaned with a high alkaline solution, when saturated with too much water, and when not dried fast enough. So, Zerorez hit everyone of those items, pretty much guaranteeing cellulosic browning. The rug should of been cleaned with a acetic, low ph formula, it should be lightly agitated so as not to further damage the fibers, and it should be flash dried.

I contacted Zerorez and they assigned it to someone to look into. Contacted them again after 3 days and still nothing. Contacted them again after 8 days and demanded they send someone out to remedy this. They sent someone (lead tech) who seemed to be familiar with the type of rug and what to clean it with (but he was still way too vigorous with the vacuum attachment). After using the low ph cleaner to neutralize the ph, I used my leaf blower and some fans to dry it as fast as possible. The browning mostly disappeared once it dried, so the rug is now acceptable.

Bottomline, Zerorez did not do what they advertise they will do when they send someone out and they were slow and uncommunicative in resolving the problem.

As for the carpets we also had cleaned, all synthetic, they cleaned up just fine.
