DID A NICE JOB AND FRIENDLY
The tech was awesome, quick and efficient
I was quoted $800 to clean one rug and two sofas. When the technician arrived, the price suddenly increased to $1,200 because of the size of one of the sofas. After the work was completed, I was then presented with a bill for $1,500 after being pressured into additional “recommended” treatments. A $1500 price tag is highway robbery for well under 3 hours worth of work.
The constant price increases felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The pricing was unclear, the upselling was excessive, and I felt manipulated throughout the entire experience.
As a Realtor in Lakewood, I regularly recommend service providers to my clients. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer recommend Zerorez. Charging $1,500 for approximately three hours of work—after repeatedly changing the quoted price—felt unreasonable and left me feeling taken advantage of.
I expect transparent pricing and honest communication from a company with Zerorez’s reputation. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope the company reevaluates its sales practices so future customers don’t have the same experience
Technician was very good
On time arrival. Service was performed thoroughly and swiftly. Friendly and courteous.
I was glad that I was able to get the carpet cleaned for the price advertised on the $109 special. Although there were attempts to upsell me, there was no pressure. Prefer to just get the service I ordered.
I like that you do not use chemicals
The pet spot treatment is phenomenal! I was concerned carpet needed to be replaced due to pet urine, the ZeroRez spot treatment did what it was designed to do. Alberto, the service technician, was very diligent and took his time in treating the areas and performing a thorough carpet and tile cleaning. Thank you Alberto! 😊
The technician recommended that my area rug be cleaned by the factory rather than on-site. I really appreciated his experience and thoughtfulness. He was extremely nice and professional. I was definitely impressed by ZeroRez!
Excellent professional service
I received air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning and both times the technicians were running late beyond the scheduled service window and both times my schedule was thrown off. There has to be a more efficient scheduling system to ensure that technicians are arriving during the scheduled window or at least communicating well enough in advance and attempting to reschedule or make adjustments.
I had three rooms of carpet to clean and a bathroom tiled floor. The carpet results were okay except it took almost 24 hours to dry with fans! The tile results after drying weren’t improved. He cleaned all of this in an hour!! I paid 625.12 for a service that was extremely subpar. I have always had good results in the past. D was more concerned with his time rather than his job! I will find another company. It’s sad that one person has ruined your reputation for me.

Marvin was friendly, professional, and did a great job. He arrived on time, was courteous, and worked efficiently. Overall, I was satisfied with his service. The carpet cleaning itself was just okay—I expected a little better of a result—and I felt the pricing was fair but not exceptional. Marvin's customer service was definitely the highlight of the experience.
