Service Tech damaged my newly painted wall, and I have more work to do now buying spackling compound and repainting in a short timeframe. also, Service Tech, plugged his phone into my office when I instructed him not to go on wood floors. My office has a wood floor. Thirdly, when you have serviced my carpets in the past you have left a very professional pattern showing it has been newly shampooed or vacuumed. When I questioned him why this did not have the pattern this time, he mentioned I'm deep cleaning with this #1 hose and that would require #2 hose. I've sent you picture of my carpets.

The carpet stayed wet much longer than I expected. It was humid so maybe that explains it. Ceiling fans going night and day.
On the positive side, my technician was very personable and helpful.
My carpets were cleaned well. All was great except the length of time for them to dry.

Attention to detail and always kind staff

First of all, your techs were very professional and explanatory in what they were doing as far as cleaning my furniture. I explained that my furniture needed that odor removed which I did not get a good feeling that was going to happen with the method they were using. There were two visits and my furniture still had the odor as well as the smell of the product that was used to clean. So now I have two smells that I am not satisfied with. I have this a few days to see if the odor that I initially requested was gone and unfortunately it is not. I need someone to contact me immediately to resolve this issue.

Work was performed well. Carpets and rugs looked great. Only issue was that the van/truck leaked oil on the driveway and made a big oil spot.
