They offer a very low cost promotional to book the appointment, then upsell you on various services. My into rate was $109 for 3 rooms and closets. But after sanitizer and pet enzyme cleaner, my final cost was over 2-1/2 times that amount.
That said, the tech was in and out in under 2 hours. The primary stains I was worries about were gone. He even got a glob of dried paint off the carpet.
Dexter did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my apartment. I have a dog who has had many accidents since moving in. She didn't have this many in my old dwelling but she was having a lot here he got all the stains up and the odor out. He had great customer service, he explained everything great, he was a very nice man. Takes good employees to make a great company!

Im disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. I used your service for upholstery cleaning and it required a 2nd visit, which improved the outcome but didn’t resolve it. I added whole house carpet cleaning and the results, on carpet barely 2 years old, is just OK. I do appreciate your courtesy and hard work.

The service provided was very thorough and the discussion of pricing was clearly done prior to any service being done. Diamond was an amazing guy. He really worked hard on my couch that is seven years old and has been abused by seven children. It looks freaking brand new!!! The carpet in my bedroom is spectacular. Again, 7 year old carpet with lots and lots of foot traffic and it looks brand new!
