The stains that had been there for years were mostly removed and the pet treatment removed odors and stains.
The technicians are excellent and efficient in the work they do
Sat, Aug 28 - Toby did an excellent in cleaning the carpet in my home. He explained some of the process, very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions.
I asked for some extra help - Toby moved 3 small to medium - heavy pieces of furniture for me. After cleaning, he put plastic down and moved that group of furniture back.
I had missed his first call. Unfortunately, there was a wait time. Toby was very patient with this too.
Associate was very friendly and helpful. He cared about the quality of service he provided.
Very professional and great customer service they did a very great job I definitely recommend and will be coming back this is my second time using this company and will be a third

Not all of the dark spots on the carpet were picked up and cleaned. I had to go back and use spot shot to get some of the stains. In one room the carpet didn’t look very clean. Just expected better for the expense.

As usual Zrores did a fantastic job cleaning several pet accident spots and high traffic areas on our light beige carpet. The carpet is 7 yrs old and was contemplating replacing it. I’m glad I chose to give you guys another shot and so glad I did, looks great, feels clean and makes the house smell fresh again! Very pleased! I wood highly recommend them….
