Jacob was great! He worked with me by explaining Zerorez's different services. He help me decide which service best met my needs and then cleaned my carpet making it look new again. It saved me from removing the carpet unnecessarily and paying the expense of replacing it. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

My carpet took a really long time to dry.

Your technician was very knowledgeable and gave me very good service. He did a good job with my bedroom wall to wall carpet. I am looking forward to my area rug coming back looking like new.
It looks like my rug was cleaned with dirty water. I have stripes on my carpet. I’ve always raved about ZeroRez but this visit was highly disappointing. The technician was very early b/c he “was able to get done with other clients faster”. That’s how it looks…like a quick job b/c he wanted to get home. He was in and out quickly which was odd. Not happy at all.
