Did not communicate that there would be a $350.00 transport fee for equipment. Was only told 109 for 3 rooms plus a hallway for free. They also did not do the hallway/walkin closet that was part of the deal. Called zero res phone number and the person that answered said that was incorrect, and I should only be paying a $25 fee. The cleaner stopped in the middle of working and refused to finish unless I paid. My wife had to go pick up our daughter, and we did not want to leave him alone in our home. So I agreed to pay. But told them I would not be using you all again. This 350 dollar fee was more than I've ever paid for carpet cleaning, it was $500 total for not much carpet space at all. And did not include the hallway/walkin. Very disappointed. The second time I called back asking for the updated invoice a different person answered the phone, and said that I actually had to pay the fee. This was not part of my quote at all. But I paid so he would finish work and leave.

The technician arrived onsite in a timely manner. He was also very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and the approximate time that it would take to complete the job. Lastly, he did and awesome job! My carpet looks very nice.
