The technician was very professional and answered all my questions sufficiently. He was very thorough and took precautions to maintain my home by using protective corner shields so as not to scratch the walls with the hoses. He wore protective shoe coverings as well. It was very easy to make an appointment to fit my schedule. I will continue to use this company!

I had a service person come in and I was quoted $117 for four rooms. I took my blacklight and showed him a few places where urine had been on the carpet close to the baseboards but not on the baseboards. I told him there were other places but I didn't walk him through all of them because I assumed the service tech had their own black lights and equipment. He told me there was one option that was $80 a gallon and then there was another option that was cheaper. He never disclosed the price of the cheaper option and I told him maybe that would be better because he said it was so much cheaper. You can imagine my surprise when he comes downstairs and tells me that my new total is now over $400. There was no transparency with the price and I actually thought he was joking at first. I paid because I understand a service was done even though I don't make that kind of money, and I proceeded to go upstairs later with my own black light to check the rooms. There were three spots where there was no deodorizer placed and I know this because I smelled the carpet. I understand that the stains might remain under a blacklight but, the smell was still there on these three spots that weren't treated. I never saw him come in with a black light to check the rest of the carpet and all of the other spots, The ones that I actually walked him to were treated. I reached out to zerorez because of the 30-day guarantee and I was argued with. There was a long text exchange with photos, and then I received a phone call two days later. I explained again what happened over the phone and the representative said that management said that somebody could come in but if they needed to treat those spots I will be charged on top of what I'd already been charged. I have been using this company for 20 years throughout every military move and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. I told him that there was no transparency with the cost and we are loyal customers and I would like either someone to come out and treat those spots for free or receive some sort of monetary compensation and refund. If there is a 30-day guarantee and it's not being honored, I don't understand why I would continue to do business with Zerorez or why I would even bother to continue recommending them to the military community. I don't think that I'm asking for much and $400 and it is an exorbitant amount of money for the few spots that were treated and then there were those that were completely missed. I am utterly shocked at the abhorrent treatment of me as a 20-year loyal customer and actually got my feelings hurt which doesn't happen a lot because I did everything right. I don't know who owns the location that I did business with but you don't charge a customer $400 or any amount without being transparent about the costs. Military families don't make that much money and I never pull that card but in this case because we are such a close-knit community and most of our business is done by word of mouth I want the company to know that unless the mishap was honored in some way I will make sure that this company is not recommended. At this point, I would prefer a refund as I can treat the spots myself.

Your company has blown out two of my electrical sockets. The need to replace them is urgent as they are fire hazards. The machine was plugged into a few sockets and blew both of them out.

The air duct cleaning was handled professionally and the technician took his time to do a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend his service.
The carpet/tile technicians that came from another location on a separate day did not do a thorough job. They were pleasant however, there are still stains on my carpet, dirt on my chairs and the tile/grout doesn't look much different from before they came. I will be calling a different company to come in behind them and do the job correctly.
