We have used Zerorez many times over the years. It is always easy to schedule an appointment and secure a convenient appointment time. They even call a few minutes ahead of time to remind us they are on their way and then arrive promptly. They are courteous, professional, and they do a great job!

The guy was super nice, I did find it way more expensive than other companies. It was only my first floored cleaned. I did see a small difference but I wouldn't pay that much for the turn out.

Demarion did an excellent job -- he was communicative, on time, worked quickly, and kind. He executed the treatments with expertise and my carpets look brand new!
I paid over $240 for three spot treatments and it did not take care of my issue. You all are refusing to come back out and retreat without me paying a minimum of $99. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use your service again nor will I recommend you to anyone.
No chemicals, and without them it gets the carpets clean.
