This was a really stressful situation for our loved ones. Brandon, the gentleman who provided the cleaning service, was amazing. We needed to allow some drying time. I made a follow up call to clarify some next steps to remove the stains completely but wasn’t happy with the customer service provided in helping me get some answers. Customer Service said I needed to book an entirely new appointment to get these questions answered.

Well for one Bud didn't get the carpet under the bed, I expected your team to have furniture lifts to assist in moving heavier or bulky furniture.
Other than that bud did a fine job.
The team is professional, thorough and kind. They also clean up completely when done, showed me videos of before and after so I felt it was money well spent. Edgar took a lot of time to do a very thorough job.

I didn't know that there was a difference between cleaning carpet and high traffic aera cleaning. This should be told to customers ahead of time. I was told this the day the service tec arrived.We were very satisfied with the service. Great job!
