The sofa was not properly cleaned! The tech did not clean one side of the sofa. The pillows were not cleaned also. The job was incomplete and poor done!!!!!!

The technician arrives on time and they always do a good job about cleaning the carpets and cleaning up when they are finished.

I’ve always appreciated the fact that you don’t use harsh chemicals. We have used your company for several years and I believe there has only been one time we had a problem and you immediately sent someone back to fix it. Your technicians have always been very knowledgeable, kind and respectful too. Also, the scheduling service is easy and usually I can get a cleaning scheduled within a couple days of when I call. This week we had Jesse and he was so thorough and focused on some of the problem areas we had this time and did a great job.

The product used to clean our carpets obviously worked better than other carpet cleaning services. Our technician was phenomenal!

In particular what I liked about your service was the courteous and respect shown towards me and my home during the cleaning by Demario, your employee. He used the products effectively to remove stains before beginning the cleaning and requested my inspection before moving to the next step. After he finished cleaning my rooms and hallway, he recommended the stain guard protection and showed me what my estimated total would be if I added it. Because he had proven himself to be trustworthy, I added it. Definitely will be utilizing your company again!

The brushes and cleaning equipment that were used on the upstairs area, which was very soiled with urine and feces from our dog, were used on our stairs, which had no smells or stains. Following the service, the stairs reeked of urine and the smell would not go away. I would like a refund.

It was easy to make an appointment, the technician (Albert) was right on time and very professional and courteous. He took his time explaining the process and the end result was wonderful. My carpet was not in good shape but looked like new after he finished. I was very satisfied!

It was a bit pricey, but I had deep clean/odor removal treatment. The dog bio stains did come out and it definitely smells a lot better. I would recommend.

There was a never before issue in 40 years, with my carbon monoxide monitor going off. I did not even know what it was! Buddy did and unplugged it. It went off again yesterday.
My concern if there is too much emission, affecting the environment and particularly you employees, breathing that all day. Please keep me imformed about the issue and resolution.
