Both of the gentlemen who serviced my carpets were very polite and explained everything. A bit expensive, but at least the carpets are clean.

Prices are very fair, service techs have always been on time, explained the work they are doing, left the premises as clean as they found them, and the work they do is outstanding. Product used are safe and dry quickly. I would never use another company to clean my carpet, carpets and area rug.
I also want to say my service tech was a 10! He was so pleasant, asked questions about the different rooms, and did an absolutely beautiful job!

I was told the carpet cleaning by your zero rez employee would make my house smell like urine because I had dog urine stains. I was told I needed an additional service to ensure it wouldn’t smell like urine. This additional service was $350. I feel your adds are very misleading. This man was in my house for maybe an hour or 2. Maybe if your employees would actually spend some time cleaning the carpet instead of going over the carpet one time, this additional service wouldn’t be needed. I feel like I paid for a fragrance to be sprayed on my carpet. I will never be using your services again. I’m sure you won’t refund some of our money, but that would let me know you might actually care about your reputation.
