Your carpet tech was right on time and did a great job. The 240 degree water to the wand really got the job done.

I have used Zerorez exclusively for as long as I can remember. There were always two technicians that came and did the work. There was only one technician that arrived that day. He was a nice guy. At the End of the day and everything was dry; my carpet literally had not changed. I have dozens of stains that were there before and are still there now. These spaces were cleaned out mostly, not a lot in the way. I used to be amazed by your companies work, not anymore. I was sorely disappointed. I could not believe just how bad of a job was done. I watched in the past when the Zerorez tech remove fingernail polish, candlewax and untold stains with what seemed like magic, but not this time. It literally looks nothing has been done and there is absolutely zero improvement. I understand companies change and franchises change, but this is not change for the good. I will not use or recommend Zerorez ever again, and I have recommended you company to hundreds of clients over the years. I am a licensed Texas All-Lines Adjuster, and I am in and out of numerous homes every year. My opinion is valued and respected, and friends, family and client call me for referrals. Zerorez will no longer be on that list. The work performed on my carpet is simply not work my time or money invested.
The tech was friendly and on time. It did take about 5 hours for our carpets to dry, which was about double from the last time we used ZeroRez.
We will use them again, but suggest maybe using less water.
